Got scammed on Ebay.......got money back but still kind pissed

From what I've heard eBay basically just dosent care about sellers apparently if you don't accept returns on an item the buyer can still return the item anyway even if it says "no returns accepted" and there was some glitch with the bidding thing were you could bid any amount of money on an item without having a payment method on your account for example if there's an item up for bids and the starting price is £5 you could you just put in £2000 and win the bid without having a payment method so you could win any bid without spending a penny -
Might be a typing error or they might have printed the wrong price sticker

Does anyone else think the 2016 ambulance plane is poorly made It's £18.99 where I live and when purchased it i was surprised at the size of it And the inside was empty I have the 2014 ambulance which I paid £15 for and it had some equipment inside unlike the plane The plane when compared to the helicopter from the helicopter rescue set ( the hospital one) looks quite identical Plane* Sorry auto correct messes things up Thanks to who ever fixed the title :D
