  1. *yawn* Certainly didn't expect today's discussions to start so damn early in the morning, I've barely managed to crawl out of bed and have much to study it seems.
  2. I think my father is right here, voting for Zed is the best option (though I'm not sure if it's a good option, it seems to be the least crappy one) for today. Vote: Zed Phillips/Zepher I'd also like to take the opportunity to point out that if anyone isn't expendable at the moment we're as good as dead already, as we can't do anything. Our only weapon together is our vote, so let's use it well. And clearly we'll lose some innocents during this ordeal, I can't see how we could possibly hope to get through this without, so let's just accept that already and show these stupid werewolves that we're not afraid. (also, this seems to be turning into quite a bandwagon already, it wasn't when I started writing this )
  3. My oh my you adults are a chatty bunch. Retire to my corner to study for a while and come back to this sort of heated discussion. Anyway, I'd just like to say that not voting is equal to idly standing by doing nothing and letting the werewolves tear us apart one by one. However, I'm not quite ready to vote for anyone in particular just yet, but I'll be sure to do so before the end of the day. Yes, I realize I'm not adding particularly much here, but at the moment I'm afraid I don't have very much to add. I'll pay close attention though.
  4. Yes dad, of course I will.
  5. Excuse me Sir, but I believe you've mistaken my uncle for my father. Have you perhaps been drinking again? (yes, I know all about that hollowed out German mathematics book )
  6. And it seems I have been misled my whole life! Always thinking my family name was Fairfax, when it was actually Synclair! (at least that's what the voice in the Sky told me now, I hope it doesn't change its mind any more, I'm confused enough as it is. ) So, Quinn Synclair at your service.
  7. This sounds very peculiar to me, I'm way too young to get married, so I can't understand why my parents wouldn't share my surname.
  8. First introduced by you in Baritones I if I recally correctly. Have a feeling it was you who were the confused one and needed all the help you could get
  9. Yes, I'm always a Quinn, occasionally I might get lucky and be a Quentin, but mostly I'm a Quinn.
  10. And come on, look at all that facial hair. Surely he must be a werewolf. Vote: def
  11. Have to say I disagree with the no minimum required for conviction, as I think it favours the scum a bit too much. When 1 vote is enough to convict it's a lot harder to find voting patterns, something that should be the primary way of finding scum. But yes, I do see the point about keeping up the pace, but I think that can be achieved by other means as well, such as having a pretty hard penalty for not convicting someone. But as long as the EB crowd realizes that convicting someone isn't dangerous I'm all happy really
  12. Yes, if done right. That's a pretty huge if, and it's a fact that the more complex the game, the harder it will be to balance it. And an unbalanced game isn't fun. Though I agree about nobody dying from playing a poor game it does suck a lot to have to wait maybe six weeks for a game to end that was doomed from the start. So I guess what I'm saying is, don't be afraid to try new stuff, but think things through, and make sure the game ends up balanced, because balance is everything.
  13. Doing Peppermint_M a favour I bought five Fabuland figs and a pony on eBay last night. ..with a winning bid that's less than what the pony alone would have cost on Bricklink, so a pretty good deal I'd say.
  14. - is teh awesomes!!! [Peppermint_M will have to explain this one ]
  15. Oh, I'd love to play.
  16. The heads of techfigs have the same connector as the old-style Belville figs, so they can be swapped. (this is btw the same connector as Fabuland figs, so they fit as well). As pointed out earlier though, new-style Belville figs can't have their heads removed, so they are irrelevant for this.
  17. From what I've seen on Bricklink the new figs were introduced in 2004, but the old-style was also produced that year. From 2005 and onwards only the new style was used.
  18. At first I thought the hands are interchangeable, but further research has shown that the hands from children can't be removed, or I was at least unable to do so, so they can't be swapped around. Female/male limbs are identical though, so they can be swapped. (the big difference between females and males is that female torsos have boobs )
  19. Ah, welcome to the dark pink side In my experience all the older figs can have their heads/arms/hands/legs/feet removed easily. The newer ones, with whole arms instead of elbow joints can't be dissected, their heads, arms and legs all stay firmly attached to the torso. Also, as far as I've seen it's impossible to split the hips part from the rest of the torso, regardless of how old the figure is. You'll just end up damaging the figure. It also seems impossible (just checked actually) to split the legs at the knee, but I might be wrong about this. So those are my experiences at least, hopefully they're of some use. Good luck with your cavalry project!
  20. I only got to meet him once, at the EB Event in Gunzburg in 2009, wish there could have been more. He was a great person, always positive and full of energy, he will be missed greatly. The world is a poorer place now that he is gone. Farewell Dieter, may you rest in peace.
  21. And neither am I, even though I registered and paid 10 days ago. Don't see stash2sixx or Polish Guy on the list either. So, I guess it's just taking a long time to process everything. (if it's done manually I can see why it takes so long )
  22. And so it ends. One of my poorer mafia performances on EB I think. But still, I had fun, thanks for hosting this def, you're doing a great job
  23. Now, if I'm lynched, please go after Jesus when you see I'm just an innocent Insane, not Sinister at all. But at least I can't do anything at night, so the Insanes won't lose a valuable asset by lynching me, which I guess is something.
  24. I wouldn't say that looks like a blue arm, dark blue if anything.
