Velkommen! (from one Norwegian to another ) Hope to see more MOCs from you, certainly you need to do another minifig shelf for series 2 now that they're available here in Oslo . (and usually when I see Norwegians joining I'd point them in the direction of our LUG, but considering how active you already are over there I don't think I have to )

A complete set of Series 2 collectible minifigs. (with a few extras of some)

Ah, you finished it Not quite what I imagined when I first heard about the project, I was thinking more like platforms in trees, but this is a much cooler concept, interior shots would be nice, but I suppose there is no interior? (and I love the "ride hard or burn your pants" reference )

Voting topic - LDD Only Class
Quarryman replied to Superkalle's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
1 point to #108 - Captain Blockbeard - Golden Gander airship 1 point to #119 - The Lanterne Rouge - HAGA DEFENDER 1 point to #149 - sunnyx - StarCraft II Battle cruiser And it's somewhat sad to see so many great models suffering from LDD's crappy renderer, with a proper renderer I'm sure they'd shine even more -
No, he's Rich

This was awesome Have to admit though, looking at it when it was just a pile of rubble I thought "there's no way he'll be able to pull this off". I have now learned not to doubt you Hinckley, you pulled it off nicely, good job! Though I hear you've realized that you next year will have to succumb and join the darksilly side (we have tea from New York you know, in PaB cups) Unfortunately you can't see it here, but Mickey is holding a knife and waiting for his next victim to wander into the dark alley..

You forgot to mention that one of your MOCs raised 700 of those 11000, for that!

So, to keep with the standard format of this thread: This was my first Brickworld, and also my first fan-driven LEGO event of this sort (only been to LEGOWorld Norway before, which was very much focused on TLG, and the EB Events are something different from this as well), but it certainly won't be my last. I guess "awesome" is a somewhat suitable word, the sheer size of it, and the friendliness of everyone I met was nothing short of incredible. So already plans are being laid for next year.

1) What is your experience with mafia games, here and elsewhere? Played it first time in the early 90s, like 1993 or something, have played it some times here, won a few, hosted once, is going to host again in the future. 2) What is your relationship with the Harry Potter -franchise? Read up to book 4, haven't gotten around to buying the last three books yet, have watched all the movies so far, would like to have the sets, am going to buy at least some of the upcoming sets.

And I'm officially enroute, currently at a cafe at Amsterdam airport Schiphol waiting for my flight to Chicago to start boarding. (horribly expensive Internet, but what can you do.. )
-
Please no, for the love of ABS, no pepperoni
-
It's almost like you're implying I'd rather be out drinking beer tonight than sitting at home stressing to finish my MOCs
-
And about 57 hours till I start the Brickworld journey (no, I'm not going to do an hourly countdown, that would be spamming )
-
What is this Lou's you guys are talking about? Is it safe for us non-americans?

Happy birthday! (though it's already over in Australia, and it's even over here as well, but the majority of the world can still celebrate for a few hours )
-
Congrats Now, about all these bribes I've been giving you..

Congratulations Peppy

My current worry is that I'll miss my flight, it leaves in the middle of the night (06:30) after all

Looking very much forward to my first BW, I'm sure it will be one amazing experience. Always nice to meet up with new people, and looking at the amount of registrants there sure will be quite a few people to meet.

Wow. Surely that's what a Hogwarts Express should look like.
