  1. Thank you very much guys. Yes I usually try to use original stickers for my C models for better look and better details, like in my reach stacker for example. Thank you for the tip about Bobcat, I looked at it and it looks interesting - but I already have an idea for next alternate for this set, but we will see, because I am already making my second alternate build for set 42098. Thanks again!
  2. I think that is small turntable for rear pendular axle
  3. Hello everyone, here is my new C model for set 42080( I know this is not very popular set, but maybe I can change that with my alternate build for it). Tow truck with six wheels, pendular suspension (front/rear) with rubber parts which they are used like shock absorbers, front axle steering with steering knob on the top. Pneumatic pump is powered by L motor. You can control raise/low boom (which can be extended with lever on the arm) and wheel cradles that support the tires from both sides. There is also a winch with a rope - which is only extra part for this model, I used +- 30 cm rope. Please let me know what you think about it! ? INSTRUCTIONS: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-58464/Dyens Creations/42080-c-model-tow-truck/#details More photos of this model: https://www.flickr.com/photos/142407982@N08/albums/72157717145243686
  4. Thank you! We decided that this C model deserves placing original stickers in instructions :)
  5. Hi all! If you are interested, my instructions for this C model are on rebrickable now! Model has 3500 parts and 1400 bulding steps! Enjoy the build !
  6. Thank you guys! I did not try it, but maybe in future. Sure it would be better with new long actuators (like on the real machine..), but functional spreader without red 8Tgear (that one without friction, which is used in 42009 for this function especially) was quite a challenge to create similar mechanism
  7. Hi everyone, after a few months I finally finished my alternate model from Big Red - set 42082 which is this Reach Stacker. Model has lot of functions, some of them are operated manually and five of them are powered by L motor. It is really huge: 60 cm length, 20cm wide (spreader 34,5 cm!), 27,5 - 39cm for height. Dimensions for container are 26,5 x 12 x13,5 cm. It has fake 6 cylinder inline engine and you can look at it if you open the engine cover on the front, you can also open cabin doors. On the right side you can find lever for operating 3 functions - raise and low the boom, sliding cabin and sliding counterweight. That is first gearbox, second gearbox is in the arm where are two functions - for extend boom and spreader. When you turn motor on, the orange light on the arm starts rotating. Only weak part in this model is steering in my opinion - it has not so big turning radius as I wanted because of that sliding mechanism and if you play with it for a while(driving,steering..) , it can touch a little bit the frame over the rear wheel. Reach stacker in official sets exist only like B model for set 42009( I mean in bigger scale, 42062 is reach stacker too) and that´s why I decided to build this one as a C model from quite big set. All functions are in video. 9. Hi all, sorry this is not an Osprey post, but I have instructions here for this model if you are interested. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-48535/Dyens Creations/42079-c-model-telehandler-forklift/#bi
  10. Hello everyone, INSTRUCTIONS for this LMP are finally online!
  11. Thank you @Ngoc Nguyen for review and these adjustments! Will you show us one more picture with that front wall of garbage trunk which you sent me in messages? I am sorry guys that you have these problems with my model, I tested it many times and did many different versions of these mechanisms and maybe sometimes it gets stuck, but no snapped gears at all, sorry for that, I hope you like the model anyway.
  12. After a long time, if you are still interested, here is finally my ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS for this model. Some of you maybe already build it from file which was on rebrickable, but it was stolen from me and sold without permission. And maybe some of you didn´t see my model yet Big thanks to Ron Hebben a.k.a. http://forelockmocs.nl/ for making these high quality instructions. And next thing - I already have another 4 ideas for C models from this set, already working on one of them
  13. Thank you! The review would be very nice! I´ll send you message and we can discuss about photos for your review
  14. Thank you guys! Leftover parts are mostly axles, gears, classic bricks and few beams :)
  15. Hello everyone, I finally finished my alternate model from set 42110 which is this LMP Racer. Model has front and rear suspension, positive caster angle on front axle, brake callipers on rear hubs, HOG steering with working steering wheel, 4 speed gearbox, moving pistons in V8 engine and of course openable engine cover. I did few versions with opening wing doors but I wasn´t happy with any of them, so I let it just like this, only with opening window frames. Gearbox has the stop on the last gear, so you go from 1 to 4 and back from 4 to 1. Gear shifter mechanism was quite challenging to me, but I am happy with result - it works reliably. All functions are in video. Instructions are in process and when they´ll be finished I´ll put them on my rebrickable.
  16. Instructions are online! http://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-38031/Dyens Creations/42098-c-model-garbage-truck/#comments
  17. Thank you very much, Instructions are in process..
  18. Thank you all! I would like to create them, I am starting to learn in LDcad so there is a chance! done
  19. Hello, here is finally my alternate model from set 42098 which is this rear-loader garbage truck. I think there is not enough garbage trucks in lego technic and that´s why I decided to build this one. It has 2 axle steering, opening doors, tilting mechanism, lifting mechanism, opening reargate and discharge plate inside. This model is build only from car transporter parts, not from blue car. From blue car I already built 3 another models. Next time I probably build something from of all parts. Let me know what you think about the model, here is the video with functions: More photos :https://www.flickr.com/photos/142407982@N08/ For more models you can follow me on my new instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dyens.creations/
