Palpatine's Medical Chamber by Walter Benson, on Flickr Here's my entry! -
Here's my entry for the Episode III community build! Palpatine's Medical Chamber. Palpatine's Medical Chamber by Walter Benson, on Flickr Medic Chamber Lit Up by Walter Benson, on Flickr "Lord Vader, Can You Hear Me?" by Walter Benson, on Flickr The whole structure of the diorama is based off the shape of the medical chamber, which resembles the Imperial insignia. I lit the creation with Lifelites! I had fun building this, and I love the Frankenstein-esque style of the scene.

LEGO Collectable Minifgures Series 9 Rumours & Discussion

A chicken suit! I should've seen that one coming. I was pondering what other humorous animal costumes they could do, and that one never even crossed my mind. -

Oh yes I can't wait for the after-Halloween sales! I've been holding off on them for just this reason.

Dude that is slick. The shaping works so well. -
I think you really did good on the front. You minimized space to make it more accurate, while still retaining the shape.

Hey Sebeus. Finally got around to blogging this if you were ever wondering. Sorry for taking so long.

Nice photo(s) Here's another from me. ?!? by Walter Benson, on Flickr -
I visit the Downtown Disney LEGO imagination center every now and then. They've usually got all the current sets available. If they don't have a specific set that is in the catalog available at the store, they'll sometimes let you order the set at the shop online and they'll send it to your house for free. However it is probably a different story for them to ship it down to Mexico because it is out of the country, but it'd be worth finding out in case they do ship it for free. As far as sales I am not sure what the best place to buy them is. Our Targets and Walmarts might have them marked down slightly, but the LEGO store is probably going to be the same price. Just look out for Toys R Us. Unless they have a special going on that you can use properly, they'll have certain sets jacked up in price. EDIT: This is my 500th post. I am now a Knight! Yay!

Nice. I like how the posts went from cheerleaders, to cheerleaders and zombies, and finally to zombies. -

I also just happened to take a picture with my new cheerleaders also. Popularity by Walter Benson, on Flickr Cheerleaders love jocks. -
Aren't they just alternate helmets from last year's battlepack without fins and different printing? I hope so, although these look better so it might not be.

Outstanding work! The LED light and death star pieces are what make this awesome.

That AT-RT is pretty big.

LEGO Collectable Minifgures Series 9 Rumours & Discussion

I'm personally hoping CMFs never go the licensed route. They'd be neat and I'd probably buy them but something tells me that would only mean higher prices and more hurt on my wallet. -
I just learned my name means "commander of an army" and is supposedly German in origin. So where's this army I'm supposed to have? I think they just bailed and left me...

I wish it was just for the rest of October, but it isn't. Untill then I guess I'll just have to watch some TMNT like you suggested... -

I'll have to watch the first couple of episodes once I have the free time. I just still can't get over DC nation being "preempted" -

DC Nation canceled?! Hopefully this is temporary. -
That's cool. 24/25 frames is harder to do, but it can be really impressive if done right.

[MOC] RotJ speederbike - alternative build from Desert Skiff 9496
Walter replied to Brix's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That is very clever, especially considering how limited you were on parts. -
If you get serious about brickfilming, I'd make a small suggestion of filming at a higher frame rate. 15 is a great frame rate and it is used by most professional brickfilmers. It takes more time and work, but the end result is better. However if you don't want to worry about that sort of thing, don't bother with higher frame rates. Just have fun and continue doing what you're doing.
