  1. This set is beautiful (definitely my favorite of the summer wave).
  2. That is simply amazing. My jaw hit the floor.
  3. Nice review, WhiteFang. My wallet started crying about halfway through it (I'm a huge fan of LEGO and my wife is a huge fan of Disney; so I imagine I will be buying quite a few of these).
  4. I'm not sure. I think they came out of a Ninjago set.
  5. Challenge accepted! Behold, the Toa of Sharp Sticks: Once again, please excuse the horrid photography.
  6. I'm glad you posted this, xboxtravis7992. It is now my personal mission (after I recover from the grammar-induced aneurism I just had) to build a Toa of Sharp Sticks.
  7. I missed the original BIONICLE entirely. :(
  8. My son (who is now seven years old) and I recently discovered BIONICLE 2.0. Our first purchase was the Master of Ice and his companion protector. My son was dissapointed by the way the two of them "combined"; so I told him to find a better way to combine them. A few minutes later, he showed me this: He had popped off Kopaka's golden shoulder pads and attached a second pair of arms (made entirely out of pieces scavenged from the Protector of Ice) to the exposed ball joints. He then reattached the shoulder pads to the gearbox using a couple of spare pieces and fashioned a pair of "light sabers" for Kopaka to hold in his new hands. It's a simple mod; but I'm quite proud of my son for coming up with it. Please forgive the lousy photography.
  9. Hello. I'm bobasdad. I enjoyed building with LEGO back in the late 1980's (I had a coffee can full of bricks and thought it was a treasure trove) but fell into a lengthy dark ages when I left home for college. Now, decades later, my children are old enough to enjoy LEGO--and they love it (their stash of bricks makes my childhood colection look pathetic). Playing with them has rekindled my long-lost passion for LEGO (imagine my deight when I discovered AFOL was a thing). I wanted a place to discuss LEGO and show off mine and my kids' MOCs; and eurobricks seems like the perfect fit for me. I hope to get to know you all and, eventually, become a valued member of this community. Here is something my son and I put together just for fun: Please forgive the lousy photography.
