Great, just great. I come here looking for a few artifacts to display in my museum, and now we've got cultists among us tryin' to kill us. How am I supposed to hunt for artifacts if I'm dead? Hm? Actually, the beauty shop, the cafe, and the vet clinic all have 'employee' figures that do seem a bit older than the 'Friends'. The main characters of the line seem to be old enough to be fairly independent (Olivia does live with her parents), yet still young enough for young girls to identify with. I'd estimate that they're around 15-19 years old.

I picked up 3187 Butterfly Beauty Shop at Target earlier today. It (along with almost all of the other Friends sets) were in the 'Girls' aisle right next to the Polly Pockets. The '6 new colors' thing is from the U.S. catalog.

Alrighty, I've found the problem. Clearing the cache will fix it if you're using Firefox. EDIT: Bah, Doc beat me to it.

This has happened to me before. When you upload an image from your computer to your avatar (not an offsite image), it just comes up as the one you had before, right? I found that if you fiddle around with it for a while (use different images, remove your avatar for a while, etc.) it usually resolves itself. If worst comes to worst, you could always just upload the image offsite (Brickshelf, Flickr, etc.). And I have no idea how Doc can see your new avatar. I can only see your old one. What browser are you using? I've found that in Firefox (the one I'm using right now) I can only see your old avatar, but in Safari, I can see your new one.

The funniest part is, that was my attempt at logic. Now you're thinking with portals!

Maybe. My TRU has been selling S5 for $3.50 for a few months now, but they started out as $3 when they first got them. Hopefully we'll at least have a small window of opportunity without the TRU markup.

Well, a couple of quick phone calls to my local TRU and Learning Express yields some unfortunate results: TRU isn't planning on getting S6 until February, and Learning Express doesn't even have them on order yet. It looks like there's a bit of distribution problem with this series.
