  1. So you're a tracker? This is an interesting revelation, but keep in mind that he could very well be an investigator or a watcher or something. Woah, seriously? Can anyone else confirm this, or were you the only one who was in real contact with Yuri? Very odd, especially since she just role-claimed Tracker/Follower. Ruxana, would you care to shed some light on this 'Strong-arm' action? I'm more inclined to trust you, but I'm definitely not going to make a rash decision today. I'll think carefully over what's been said today and make an educated decision when the time comes.
  2. Poor Elena and Yuri! I assume one of them was killed by the scum, while the other was killed by the vigilante. The question is, which one? Whoever killed Eugene also killed Yuri, so I guess that means that Padme is the vigilante. If the scum killer really is the one with the tommy gun, then the poison killer must belong to some sort of third party, so we may very well have another poison-related death later. Good point, Nika. I think the scum would've interpreted Yuri's claim that Ruxana had a 'nasty night action' as him trying to reveal investigation results of some sort. Maybe he was a Role Cop? I'd like an explanation of this whole 'night action' business from Ruxana.
  3. Hello, Phred, and congratulations on becoming the new Town Regulator!
  4. As others have said, it's very hard to decide which Collectible Minifigs are 'bad'. They're all very unique and special, and even the ones that don't have new molds have pieces in new colors or interesting face/torso prints. No matter which figure people agree on as a 'bad' figure, there will always be people who really like that figure. For example, I notice that a lots of people are saying that the Diver was the worst of the first Series, but I actually really like that figure. If I had to choose one figure from each series that I liked the least, these would be my choices: S1: Crash Test Dummy S2: Ringmaster S3: Snowboarder S4: Monster S5: Fitness Instructor
  5. Wow, this new revelation certainly is startling! Why would Yan accuse Petr of being scum because of the network when he thought it was a good idea in the first place? This requires an explanation from Yan... Although I do find Yan's behavior rather suspicious, I'm also quite suspicious of Barbara. She's been completely un-helpful this whole time, and when accused, gives weak defenses full of flawed logic. As I said earlier, voting our Petr just doesn't seem like the right decision to me, so I will Vote: Barbara (Bob the Construction Man) I'm going to go take a nap now, and I probably won't be back for the rest of the day, so this is goodnight.
  6. Interesting accusation, Yan. Judging by the way he's acting, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he ends up being a Jester who has to be lynched during the first 3-4 days in order to win. The whole 'network' situation is what worries me most about him. While I suppose I could see a townie doing this, it would be almost suicide for a scum. I suppose there's the possibility that he's scum and he included one or two scums in the group to help clear them, but it's still a pretty risky move for a scum. It just doesn't make sense to me, so I will not be voting for Petr.
  7. "No, no, not all orcs are bad. That Cronk fellow looks perfectly nice to me, and while the bartender-lady's a bit grumpy, she seems alright too." Tomas assures him. "I've never heard anything about orc slavery, but we've never had slavery anywhere near my town, so I wouldn't know."
  8. Tomas sits still for a minute, clearly trying to remember something. "It happened over two-hundred years ago, so I obviously wasn't there, but we've all heard the stories." he suddenly says, "I can't really remember what grandfather told me about it all those years ago, but it was supposedly a very nasty war- those orcs didn't certainly 'play nice'. They ravaged big portions of the countryside, looting and pillaging as they went. Eventually, the humans and elves defeated them, but not before the damage was done." Tomas leans back in his chair, remembering back again. "My family's not from the city itself, so grandfather didn't know much about what happened here, but according to him, it took almost a year to repair the damage done to just the small town of Maplewood."
  9. Tomas takes a seat and orders a small drink from Scheherazade before answering."I hail from the far west - the small village of Maplehaven, to be exact. My family owns a healing center there." Tomas replies "And what about you? Where do you come from?"
  10. Anyways, there's still about 40 hours quite a bit of time to vote, and we need 13 votes to convict. What does everyone else think? Do we vote someone off today, or do we not vote and hope for the best?
  11. We can, I'd just like to make sure that Samuel's vote counts today.
  12. Unfortunately, that's most likely the case. No, we should definitely keep an eye on those who act scummy, but we should also keep our eye on those who appear as super helpful townies, but aren't being very helpful at all. There's no reason why you couldn't have. However, I'm not accusing you of being scum, I'm just explaining that there could be more to this game... of life... than meets the eye. Yes, I second this; show us the vote tally, God!
  13. I actually think that's not a bad idea. If the vote hijacker now controls three votes, then we'll know when he/she is when he/she places his/her vote. Although God seems to be making less vote tallies this game... of life, so there's always the possibility that the vote-hijacker would go unnoticed. If the scum weren't good at looking like townies, then we would've gotten a scum yesterday.
  14. I don't want to be echoing Polina here, but you're seriously going to proxy your vote to the very person who's vote has been hijacked? You're looking scummier by the minute. Actually, why wouldn't they? It would be the perfect way to try to make one of their members appear as town. Let's say there's five scum, and assuming none of them are doublevoters, then they are in control of five votes. If Samuel is one of those scum, then the scum hijacker could easily hijack his vote to make him seem more town, and they would still be in control of five votes plus anyone who proxies him (Petr).
  15. He did say that this post (post #48) made me sound like a vanilla, but I was really just using deduction when I made that post (even though I am vanilla).
  16. Oh no! Someone must've poisoned Sarah! I think it's obvious that two killers struck last night; one shot Eugene, and one poisoned Sarah. But who's who? Is the vigilante the gun killer, or the poisoner? Or was the vigilante blocked last night, and the poisoner is the serial killer? I'm confused! Of course: Eugene sent me a message asking if I was vanilla, saying that it 'lead to some evidence' because he believed that 'the lord is playing with us'. Naturally, I took this that he is either: A. scum and wants to know if I'm worth killing, or B. scum and wants to know if I can be converted (as it is usually just vanillas who can be). I responded with extreme caution, asking him what evidence it might bring about as well as why he was over-role-playing. Then he responded back with more role-playing and avoided the vanilla question entirely. I asked him again why he had contacted me, but he just ignored my message and went about with his daily life. I don't think that makes me suspicious, does anyone else?
  17. The doors of Heroica Hall open as a cloaked figure walks in. "It seems I'm not the first to arrive", he mutters as he heads to the Quest Board. Scanning the board, he notices that although there are many sign-ups for the first two quests, there's not a cleric's name among them. "I think I'll sign up for Quest #1: Harvest Time and Quest #2: Looking Through the Wares" he says as he adds his name to the lists. Tomas, Level 1 Cleric 24 years old male human Power: 4 Health: 9/9 Ether: 5/5 Gold: 10 Inventory: Gold Staff (WP: 3), Potion, Remedy
  18. Wilem had big posts and Eugene didn't think he was against him. You're not making a lot of sense today.
  19. What? I never tried to vote out Eugene. How was I his 'obvious enemy'? All I said was that I didn't know what to make of this substance abuse. I take it this is a discreet way of telling us that someone blocked you? That's a good point, Petr. While it looks to me like the vote-hijacker is among those who voted for Benji, we don't know if the scum can trade their actions with one another. If they really did steal Samuel's vote, then I'm sure they'll want to steal it again to make it look like he's voteless.
  20. Damn it! I really though Benji was scum. And poor Eugene as well; even an addict doesn't deserve such a cruel fate. Either you're voteless, or the scum hijacked your vote. If we're lucky, they also placed that vote on someone else, so we would know who did it, but it's more likely that one of the non-voters hijacked it. I looked back over the vote tally, and it says that 16 people voted for Benji, when there are only 15 names on the list. I think the scum can either take your vote and put it wherever they want without having to vote by themselves, or the scum hijacker is one of the people who voted for Benji, and his/her vote counted twice. What I find interesting is that you first found out it was hijacked when you tried to vote for Barbara. Maybe the scum tried to stop you from doing so? Alright, I fully understand why Eugene was suspicious of me, but I did not kill him. A few days ago Yesterday, he sent me a message asking me if I'm vanilla (which I am), claiming that it would 'bring forth' some important evidence. Since it was Day 1, I figured that it was in my best interests to play it safe and not tell him anything. If anyone wants to see the conversation, I'll post it here (if that's okay with God). Good point, Stanislav. Despite the 'Tommy' gun, Eugene's killer might actually be the vigilante. If that's the case, then either the scum killer got blocked last night, or they chose to convert instead (if they can).
  21. I just read over the rules, and I must say that this looks fantastic!
  22. That day ending was hilarious, Hinck! I love it!
  23. Happy birthday, Pandora! I hope you have a good one!
  24. I didn't say that because I think it 'clears me', I said because I'm open to other options. If you really were afraid of the penalty, you could've just said so instead of talking about how 'bad' it'll be. You say that the penalty is going to be at least as bad as lynching a townie, yet you don't want us to make 'uninformed' votes? You do realize that we have no evidence today, so any votes we cast are going to be 'uninformed', right? And no, I'm not voting for you because I'm scared of the penalty (whatever it may be), I'm voting for you because you're acting pretty scummy.
  25. Alright, I've thought long and hard about all that's been said today, and I think I've come to a decision. Interesting point, Donil. Benji's seemed pretty 'middle' to me today, and that's exactly where the scum want to be, especially on Day 1. Also, it seems to me that he's trying to scare us into making a hasty decision by bringing up the penalty and claiming that it will be worse than lynching a townie. I'm pretty sure Donil was saying that you're distancing yourself from a clearly established position. You didn't say that you fear the penalty, you said that: That looks to me like you're trying to make others fear the penalty. Trying to inspire fear in others is a way of sowing confusion, and we all know how much scum love to do that. Because of this, I will Vote: Benji (Big Cam) I'm willing to change my vote if something comes up.
