Tamamono replied to Dragonator's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I think it means that Big Cam's phone has messed him up again. -
We're off to see the wizard... Great! Anyways, thanks again for letting me play, Quarryman! I had a fantastic time, and you did a really good job hosting even when it wasn't convenient for you.
-
Thanks Hinckley! I'm honored that my first title was mafia-related.

I have to admit, there were about twenty times during Day 5 when I almost said, "This doesn't make sense, I'm just going to vote for Rufus and hope for the best." I only kept arguing to convince myself that Fugazi was scum and reinforce my gut feeling. No problem; I understand that seeing your team lose is hard, but seeing an almost perfect victory get messed up by a n00b player must be torture. Sorry guys! Thanks, Hinck! I learned a lot from this game, and I certainly won't make the same mistakes again. I don't mind. Sounds good! I'll be out of town from Tuesday to Saturday; how long do the sign-ups last? In any case, I hope I get a chance at redemption soon! I really should have done that; I didn't even start reading back over Bloodbrick until Day 5! Thank, Hinckley! I love it! It seems like I've gotten the nickname, 'Tammo', because of my ridiculously long name. (I don't even know why I chose it in the first place... ) I'll have to change my name to Tammo sometime (or at least just 'Tamamono'). Even I keep an eye out for people viewing the thread. (Although I should've used both my eyes on Day 5!) I was suspicious of iamded already, but the invisibility sealed the deal for me. I never had any intention of quitting; you guys are stuck with me. To tell the truth, I was actually rather worried that you all wouldn't let me in games anymore because of what happened in Belville Mafia. I was actually going to ask you what it meant, but I thought it would be against the rules. As I told Sandy, I'll definitely be signing up for every game I can, so hound away! I never received a brain; I got guts instead.

My first title: - The portal between guts and logic Given to me by Hinck because I thought that 'Viewing the Portal' meant the portal between EB and Writeboard.
-
That's weird, when you were replying to my post, your name suddenly disappeared from the thread, and your profile said that you were 'Viewing the Portal'. Does anybody know what this means?
-
I'm so sorry, Sandy! I didn't think check Rufus's and Ricey's profiles at that point (although I really should have ). I would've switched my vote over to Rufus when Fugazi said that he was writing a PM, but earlier in the game (maybe Day 2?) I checked iamded's profile after he responded to one of my accusations, and it said that he was using the Personal Messenger, which was one of my main reasons for voting him on Day 4. After he came up as town, I figured that people using the Personal Messenger could easily just be a coincidence. In any case, I thought the scum used Writeboard? One of the reasons I voted for Fugazi was that he and def kept disappearing into what their profiles said was 'the portal' which I interpreted to be the portal between EB and Writeboard/IRC. I suppose I was also overestimating my intuition. I should've just looked at the facts instead of going with my gut on everything. Once again, I'm so sorry that I lost the game for you all!
-
Well, damn. I really thought Fugazi and def were scum, and not just because of my gut instinct either. Very sorry to the two of you, and to all the other townies I doomed! Congratulations to Rufus and Ricey! I have to admit, the two of you had me fooled! Anyways, thanks for letting me play, Quarry! I'm really grateful I had the chance to play with some of the best mafia players on EB, and I hope I'll get to play in another game with you all soon! Here's my role PM:
-
Well, that seals the deal. Let's just hope we made the right decision.
-
If I trusted Richelle and Rupert, I wouldn't still be arguing with you. I'm only still arguing in hopes that you'll give me a good reason to change my vote, which you still haven't done. Anyways, it seems like you two have given up. Sorry if my arguments have seemed a bit harsh in the last few hours.
-
No, of course they won't, and I know that. That's why your attempt at getting me to unvote didn't work. In my experience, over-thinking things leads to second-guessing yourself, and that leads to failure. Remember when Jacob started the vote against Irena? He said that was his gut instinct.
-
And now you're trying to make me fear ridicule from my fellow mafia players good people after the game reunion is over. That's the only thing that bothers me about this situation. The Potato Messenger conversation between Rupert and Richelle. If it were just one of them, it could be a coincidence, but it's both of them. Just to clarify, my vote is not set in stone, but your replies are definitely not helping your case. Whenever I say anything, the two of you disappear from the room, and then you come back and reply in rapid succession. That's what they all say in these types of games situations. No, you kept me alive because there was always a slight hinting that I would be suspected in the end. Admit it, you killed Aunt Cornelia because she was the only trustworthy one left. Here's another thing: why is PP fighting to keep Fuchsia alive? Now, I know that you're going to say that it's because you want the town to win, but why do you think so adamantly that the only right choice is Rupert? It seems like you're about ready to follow Fuchsia to the ends of the earth. The two of you seem a bit too close...
-
What the hell? You had this long, drawn out post addressing all the points I mentioned, but it turned into this. Could someone explain what just happened?
-
I trust my intuition much more than I trust you. Besides, I have plenty of good reasons for voting you: - You baited the vote earlier, but you didn't give anyone time to react, you simply unvoted and said, "Those who replied are evil!". - Whenever either Rupert or I say something, the two of you disappear for a little while and then come back with your responses at the same time. Coincidence? I think not. - You've used many different methods to try to get me to vote Rupert today: 1. You presented the faulty evidence, which I did not see- and I've been online alert for quite a while now. I would have certainly seen this 'evidence' of yours. 2. You and PP started saying that I'm probably scum because I'm not following you like a mindless drone. If this tactic had worked, I might've backed down and voted for Rupert out of fear of being unfairly lynched. 3. You said that you didn't care which way the ordeal ended, you just wanted it to end it. This would make me feel sorry for you and vote Rupert. 4. You tried to make me feel pressured by saying that it all rested upon me. If I felt pressured, there would've been a higher chance of me slipping up and voting the wrong person. 5. Then, after Rupert and I voted for you, you started going off about how I'm 'giving away my life' by voting for you. 6. You tried to make me doubt myself by asking me I was willing to give up my family on my gut instinct. And that's just today. Would you like me to put together a list of everything suspicious you and PP have done since the start of the reunion? Give me one good reason why I should unvote you that isn't listed above. If you can, then I might just reconsider my vote.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can just scratch out the words whisper. What method was he using?
-
And just how did you do that? I didn't even see him while I was replying to you. I'm sorry, but this far in the game... of life, seeing is believing.
-
I know; there's a lot of evidence that points to you, but it's all just too perfect, too convenient. Also, Fuchsia and Pudgy Petra went almost always talk in near-unison, but take some time to contemplate what we say. Things have been adding up slowly against the two of them, and while I was going to wait before starting a vote against one of them, I suppose now's as good a time as ever. Anyway, Fuchsia today, Petra tomorrow. Vote: Fuchsia de Belle-ville (Fugazi) Now it's all up to my lovely wife Richelle.
-
If there's no possible proof, then how do you know they talked in private? Did you stalk them? Or maybe you know so much about being in private conversations that you figured you could frame Rupert for being in one.
-
I certainly look better than anyone you'll ever get. I know I'm Loyal. I don't know about Rupert, and frankly, the only reason I haven't cast the final vote for him yet is because of my gut feeling that you and Fuchsia are scum. I know you've said that they had private conversations, but do you have any proof? Did you actually see anything, or are you just making shit up at this point?
-
It really is a stupid move on his part. Why would he accuse me and then beg me not to vote for him? I'll have to think about this... Also, why do you keep referring to me as 'she' and 'her'? I'm a man. You saw them having private conversations? No, no, no, I'm happy that you're not going after me, I just thought it's rather suspicious that you chose Rupert to accuse over me.
-
I don't know what 'reason' you did it for, but I was also replying to Fuchsia at the same time you were. It seems strange that she decided to go after you instead of me (or even Richelle). Maybe she and Pudgy Petra decided that you were the easiest target?
-
As I have explained twice already, I was simply going to accuse Fuchsia of being scum (which she probably is). I'm almost completely sure on this one, but the fact that nobody's jumped on Rufus's bandwagon is the only thing keeping me from voting for her. And by Rufus I of course mean Rupert. I must be losing my mind.
-
I suppose that could very well be right. If the both of them had jumped on the bandwagon, it would have been game life over (assuming Pudgy Petra is town of course). Something just occurred to me, though: the votes you've placed today do not have colons pause after the 'Vote' part, when the rest of your votes from past days did. Maybe you're thinking that the votes won't be counted without the colon pause, and you and your scummy friend will get off easy.
-
While I too suspect Rupert, this is still no way of finding a scum. You've pretty much set up a situation in which anyone who relies after you vote is bad, which makes you look extremely scummy in my eyes. That coupled with the fact that I've had a very strong gut instinct that you're scum since Day 1 almost seals it for me.
