I see what you did there There's still no word on the release of Galaxy Squad in the UK as of yet, according to the Westfield (formally Cardiff) Lego store manager. A summer release date is looking more and more apparent...

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
Lance replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
5000 wouldn't really be fair. Not to mention it would make it one of the rarest minifigures in existence... Let's hope they change it to one per box...- 1,076 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 10 Discussion
Lance replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
So is the Golden Minifigure being limited to 5000 final? Or will it be one per box? I really hope it's the later...- 1,076 replies

So will the game be seen from a bird's eye view? Or will it be a 3rd person view?

I'm going to guess Hayden Christensen. Which is unfortunate, since his performance wasn't all that great, and I agree with the person who said him appearing as Anakin's ghost in ROJ was blasphemy. Back on topic, I'm guessing that the Ewok village may just be one big tree with a few buildings in it. Mind you, for £200, it would be a pretty big tree
-
Does anybody have word on a European release date yet for these sets? The Cardiff Lego Store mentioned February or March for UK.
-
Do you know how many trees are included and what minifigures are present? I think Endor Han, Luke, and Liea, and Wicket are very likely to be included.
-
Halloween? Looks like my son will be stuffing himself with sweets while he plays this He's getting a Wii U soon, so we'll probably get that version.
-
I'm speculating that the Ewok Village will include: 3 Ewoks, Endor Han, 2 Scout Troopers, Endor Leia and Endor Luke. Maybe model-wise, there will be: An AT-ST, two large trees with huts in them and a bridge inter-connecting them, and two speeder bikes.
-
Not really. Brickshow don't go purchasing things impulsively (as far as I know ). If they did buy them, however, it would probably be for a better look at the figures.
-
Yep, that's definitely Jek-14. The trans blue arm, the Malfoy hair, and the face looks like a match.

I'm not a fan of the Friends theme, but that Dolphin Cruiser looks I may have to pick that one up for me and my son's City...

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed this yet, but the mine set can be connected to the train set, and it looks like the train can go through it.
-
Over the past year we've spent over £1000 on Lego through S@H or retail store, so does anyone think there's a good chance I will get one?

Hedgehogs in Chima? This is the first thing that came to mind: http://media.giantbo...nic_classic.jpg If there will indeed be a hedgehog tribe in Chima, I can see them looking like him.

LEGO Legends of Chima Video Games Discussion

Does anyone know when or if open beta starts? My son is getting quite impatient with the lack of a Lego MMO, and is missing Lego Universe terribly. Maybe this new game will calm him down a bit (I really hope it does)...- 130 replies

The Wii U version will be out in Europe on March 28th. Also, a limited edition will be available: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00B5Q83NE/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00

Best thing to do with younger kids is to keep all Lego (save a few high shelf mounted models) upstairs, out of the way. Older kids/teenagers and adults I wouldn't worry about, as they know not to touch everything and cause it to fall to bits. However if there's a party going on, store everything out of the way, as things can get hectic, and in the end something gets broken.

Well Palace Cinema is getting more details on Friday, so I think they mean Palace Cinema....
-
I agree. Pet Shop is one of the best modulars IMO, for those reasons. Back on to Palace Cinema, I reckon it will be March 1st it comes out, like Town Hall. Hopefully this will be the case.

Actually, since Chima is a multimedia franchise, it might be allowed. Hero Factory was allowed to air in the UK, so why Ninjago never did was beyond me. I think it's likely that Chima will reach UK TV screens, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was declined.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
Lance replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
I had an idea for the Malibu Mansion. Maybe when you push in a button, parts of the mansion fly off. Areas that 'explode' could include: The windows, roof sections, and parts of the armory. Also I think there should be at least one suit on display. I'd hate to think it would be a sticker... War Machine looks very good, but I think I'll hold out until the real set releases.
