Everyone's in a hurry. I've had TLG orders that arrived in 3 days (with regular shipping) and at most, 6. The PaB portion has actually arrived no more than a week later thus far, but even if it took longer, it wouldn't be any worse than the typical BrickLink order, and it does come from Poland. Are any of us really buying something so vitally important than we can't wait a normal length of time to receive it? The real issue is the horrible packing for US orders. I've watched it steadily decline over the past few years to the point that I stopped ordering and have only gradually been giving them another try. The results have been mixed and the responses are less helpful than they once were, but a S@H rep has admitted that they get a lot of complaints and are limited by management as to how much they can do in response. Further up the chain, I have heard frustration that the problem has been so thoroughly reported to those in charge, but changes haven't occurred. Seriously, if you're going to waste effort trying to get anything fixed, let them take all the time they want, just demand proper packing so at least it arrives in good condition.

Hmmm. This sounds like a number of different issues. If you are creating decals, you don't want to resize the originals or you will destroy the content, you want to make them at the correct size to begin with. If you are trying to create thumbnail images of decals to post in a topic, 128x128 is a good size and is done by using the standard resize method in Photo Shop. You would want to name the new file something like image1_thumb.jpg and post it with a link leading to the full size version. Normal photos should be somewhere around say 640x480 (or 480x640, depending). I have no idea what you mean by "upload failed" nor can I guess why you would ever try to increase the size of a picture. You may want to start by checking out the Tutorials Index, it contains a lot of information about image resizing, and if that doesn't help, post more information and someone will try to help, I'm sure.

Of the whole first series, this is probably the most similar to existing parts, but they didn't go cheap and recycle anything that wasn't already perfect for the job. Instead, we get a new head, new torso, new 3L bar with white ends, white hands and a top hat at a low suggested price, so I can't complain. Now I just need to get one of those giant killer Belville bunnies to finish off the ensemble. Thanks for another great review, CopMike!
