OK, i'm confused now. How are we supposed to tell who has a gun and who doesn't? I was going to mod mine, but in the end it became a tugboat! :-P I had never seen this before as I was only an occasional lurker then. I like the boat; it looks official! (Is Erik the minifig still EB’s mascot?)

No! X-D Batman has been blue for most of his life, and it was one of the few things that the old TV show got right. Tim Burton went for black to get away from the past and it kind of stuck. I think some comics have done grey with a black cape, cowl and gloves sometimes, and that could be why you got confused.
