Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
Agent Kallus replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Cowboy Spiderman kind of looks nothing like the movie version. tiny Horse, no hair, mask is a bandana mask going down from the hat not a full head mask with a mask on the neck? I'd say wated slot but hopefully we'll get the rest of missing min characters in tie in sets when the third movies finally comes out so it's nice the cmf offers Characters we might otherwise not get. Praying to Selune for Venom Horse. -

Misread that as several initially. Part of me is disappointed but I'm also intrigued. Some Lego game did have a bloated roster and more in-depth characters rather than a huge selection could be interesting. -

Yeah it is a shame that the official images Don't show it next to any other modulars. I can understand why seeing as they're from seperate themes and licenses but nevertheless it would've been good for them to show off the connectivity. -

Another copy of the van with another guard and a prisoner would've been a great GWP. A shame that there seemingly isn't one. -

Arkham looks lovely. From how I read (and maybe misinterpreted) what the goat said I understood it to mean: he has good reason to think it is probably coming and he speculates that it'll be a generic comic set like Arkham or the bugle. -

Thanks! Yeah it is sonic the hedgehog, originally it was just gonna be two bacta tanks, but I thought that was a bit boring so I decided the imperial technicians were working on 'sonic' weapons, so those were their testing specimens. -

Yeah dual molding on that many clone characters is unlikely, though I think side leg printing is something they use even less frequently. But I dunno, I just don't like the cloth kamas, they feel out of place to me. I guess I'm used to cloth capes but not skirts. So as unpopular as this opinion is, I just don't really care if they return as id probably leave them off the figs anyway. What else was on that list? I can remember the following: Battle of Mandalore BP with Mauldalorians and clones. Mando and grogu movie Razor crest Mando and grogu movie AT-AT The aforementioned Cad Bane V Cob Vanth set Was that it? What else was there? If they can go back to TBoBF, can they please go back the Accolyte. I'd like the shows characters but even more than that some (hopefully magazine or otherwise cheaply accessible) High Republic styled Jedi Robes would be very great to get. I've now finished the last book and I'd love to see high republic stuff. Sol would be especially fun as I've just finished Squid game ( didn't watch S2 till after S3 came out) and with a double of him I could use the robes to make Stellan and the face to make Seong Gi-Hun. -

It's me, hi I'm the problem it's me. Well personally I prefer them to the fabric ones but they'd be dual molded as well as printed in an ideal world. I can't really remember the specifics because it was about 8 years ago but for a brief period quite a few forum members ( myself and @VaderFan2187 included) all changed our PFP's to what was called 'Freaky Yoda'. It was an edited still of Yoda from ESB from when he fell and screamed but it was in red with motion lines and an enlarged mouth and fear of gulls. I wonder what that means for the other things suggested alongside it? Maybe they're all coming. I would like some of Maul's Mauldalorians. Hopefully Rook Kast will be in an Shadow lord set too. What else was on that list? -

I don't think they're disallowed. I haven't personally changed mine since the screaming Yoda takeover. -

That would be me. I think the fabric Kamas tend to look pretty terrible. They should just be keg decorations as other similar robes and skirts tend to be. That said to do them properly they should use dual molded legs and generously printed designs ( as in a decent amount of paint not the bare minimum amount of white that ends looking like a paler version of the colour underneath). -

Would an Advent calendar or magazine mini build suffice? That would improve your chances? This fragility is a shame, but it is small potatoes compared to a price that absurd. I bought my sister a brand new Nintendo switch lite for less than that. I suppose the price is a problem with the whole wave. And of the whole wave the Turbo tank isn't a set that interests me but the £90 Mtt does, only it's £140, the £25 big battle pack does only it's £35, Star wars sets have always been more expensive but this a joke. -

I mean the biggest problem is pricing which designers can't control. -

Time for me to say something wildly unpopular about the minifigs. I think the leg printing here on the jumpsuits is kinda pointless. They could've given them plain leg and they'd have looked as good. Used that printing slot for something more interesting like shirtless Croc or maybe a straight jacket. I mean I wouldn't trust Joker with pockets in Arkham, he's gonna make a shiv and hide it in there, unless he's just happy to see me. -
Ah, fair enough. A quick Google proves your point that's it is more fantastical than I presumed. Talking about fantastical, here's some sets that Lego would probably not make. But Speed champions looks to be getting into more pop culture and fiction media cars so here's some cars. Speed Champions pop culture wave: The Mystery Machine : Scooby Doo - £35 with Fred and Velma. The Whomobile : Doctor Who - £20 with the Third Doctor Bessie : Doctor Who - £20 with the Seventh Doctor Sarah Jane's car : The Sarah Jane Adventures /Doctor Who - £20 with Sarah Jane The Masters Car : Destiny of the Doctors/ Doctor who - £15 with the Master (Anthony Ainley) Mister Bean's Car : Mister Bean - £20 with Mister Bean Norbot Van and Gromit's Bike : Wallace and Gromit - £25 with Wallace and Gromit Houseboat : Wallace and Gromit - £25 with a completely non suspicious Nun who wouldn't be mistaken for criminal mastermind Feathers McGraw and Norbot The Incredible car : The Incredibles - £20 with classic suit Mister Incredible The Rust Bucket : Ben Ten - £40 with Ben, Gwen and Max. Kevin's car : Ben Ten - £20 with Kevin Levin Prisoner Wagon : The Elder Scrolls - £25 with Hadvar and Ralof. Holby city Ambulance: Casualty - £20 with the world's coolest background extra and a paramedic Asami's car : Avatar - £20 With Korra and Asami Creme egg car : Cadbury's - £20 with a driver I guess? Maybe in a gorilla suit with some drums stored in the car? Cat bus : My Neighbour Totoro - £40 with Mai, Satsuke and a bus stop and Totoro sidebuild Tried to be sadly minimalistic with the figs because speed Champions only tend to have one per car. My pricing is probably also delusional with way things have been going this year.

I should hope so. Though I suppose some of the hairs/masks might not cover them so those would lack them. -

Price per price is not a perfect metric by any means. Different parts vary vastly in size and complexity, Obi-wan's new torso counts s one part but it is make of 5 sub-parts that are put together delicately and 4 surfaces across those 5 parts are printed and then you a 1*1 round tile it's just a 1*1 round tile or how about a massive baseplate? Price per piece acts as if those are all the same. All that said to preface the fact that I know it's a flawed measurement but look at this chart. https://www.instagram.com/p/DLlkIcuIyJV/?img_index=1&igsh=d21kdTl4d2tuYXVu Okay I was hoping that would embed. But yeah that's terrible. You say believe it or not and I do not believe it. Where are the 2 full battles packs in 75372? I cannot find them. The builds are cool and maybe you could make the argument that the tri droid would one battle pack ( like upatua troopers) and the rest of the builds another. But battlepaxks are minifig heavy sets and 75372? It includes 4 minifigs. That's one battle pack's worth of minifigs. The droids are not minifigs. While the SBDs here did require 2 resurrected molds ( which they could have improved but did not) all their parts are simple. No printing, no sub parts. Every single part of the BD1 battle droid bar the head has been used a regular building brick and can no longer be considered specialised. Even TLG don't pretend that the battle droids are equivalent to minifigs. That why the original droid pack in 2005 came with seven of them not 4 like the clone set. Yes 75372 was a better deal than the standard BPs available at the time but more expensive sets tend to give you more bang for your buck in terms of parts and builds, that's the way it has been until this wave at least. Also being cynical these larger pack feel like a test of how expensive they can make a battle pack. I'm very glad to see a $10 set in next year's list ( even though I know it won't be a BP) because Star wars is missing cheap sets as it pushes the smaller sets up and hasn't yet has anything to fill that niché ( unless your count the bumper sized magazines, but I don't they're their own beast). look at 40755 Imperial Dropship vs. Rebel Scout Speeder, it's price is the same as the new star corps pack but it has 6 minifigs, and a printed droid and much more substantial builds. The 27th pack is far closer the £25 set than the £35 one and yet the price says otherwise. Infinite growth is not sustainable, if they're really increase price every year then by £10 is absurd. I know times have changed but I can't help that £10 is on my head the price of a battlepacks. -

Just found a typo in the MooShroom house set. It asks you to open bag 4 twice, the second time in place of bag 5. I panicked for a second when I couldn't find bag 4 to open until I checked and found it in the paper waste bag where I'd put it, then I realised the typo. -
I while I personally have no interest whatsoever in GI Joseph , and I don't really see Lego doing what is basically a modern military theme, I don't think mega is that much of a hurdle. Pokémon is coming after all.
