Thanks everbody! Thanks, I've played World of Warcraft for several years now, so that has been a big inspiration for my builds. The sails were actually copied from the Jabba's Sail Barge set. I liked the unique shape they have. I have no idea, but with the water crashing against the bow of the ship and the downward force of the front paddles I figured there would be a lot of white water being churned up.

Another great build in what has become a long line great builds! You do our guild proud. I was hoping to see something of ours with lava in Nocturnus and was about to throw something together. Now I won't need to, yours is way better. Great job!

Makes sense. Too bad, I was hoping for catacombs or a sewer system. Still, an amazing job!

Amazing! You didn't just build an embassy, you built a section of a busy city! So many details to notice, that is great! Two questions, why does the embassy have a chimeny in the desert? Is there anything under the embassy (inside the hill)? Well done!

The Magelica, a Saber class Dwarven warship commanded by Admiral Zondervan Farknocker. Most people don't think of Dwarves as sailors, but centuries ago an intrepid group of Dwarves from Mitgardia left their mountain caverns and set out to sea (even Oaknob from Pikesteel Mountain served several decades aboard a Dwarven ship). Today the Dwarven fleet operates out of both Tradewind Bay and the Bay of Storms. More photos and descriptions at MOCPages

Oaknob of Mitgardia presents: Fundarr, the He-maniac! Armed with his enchanted sword, bulging muscles and more testosterone than any one man should have, Fundarr is ready to slay... er, maim... what?! fine, whoop... all who stand in his way. Now where are the beautiful women? Fundarr has needs!

Isn't that the dreaded Wendigo? The stories I've heard about those fearsome creatures sends shivers down my spine, and not just cause I'm out standing in the snow. -

I know I'm a little late for the Economic Mini-Challenge but I finally had some time to finish my Dwarven Blacksmith's Shop and wanted to post it anyways. More photos can be seen at MOCPages. -
Wow! What a monumental build! This thing is looking amazing, nightmarish, but amazing! I had to study that pyramid for a while to figure out how it was made, great job. And that lava is looking wonderful! So many great details I could go on and on about. I'll have to watch this one, keep amazing me!

Here's the "ambassador" and his "delegation" from Pikesteel Mountain: We Dwarves aren't too keen on diplomacy. (Think I'll have to sit this Embassy challenge out.) For the first challenge though we have so many great towers from Mitgardia! Well done everyone! -
Oooo, I want some LEGO sets from The Hobbit! I need more Dwarves! When does the movie come out? Next December?! Let's hope there's something sooner than that.

Magnificent! Those are some nicely detailed little houses with a cute homecoming scene. Well done! For Mitgardia!

I posted this in the Mitgardia Guild page but I thought I'd share it here for everyone else to see. The Dwarven Mechano-Bow, the latest in Dwarven siege technology. Crafted of the finest Dwarven black-steel, features dual steel-belted wheels, half-cocked and fully-cocked firing positions, and sighting scope for precision firing accuracy. Demonstration VIDEO More photos on MOCPages.

Thanks everybody. I'm glad the snow is a hit, that was the part that took me the longest to figure out. Thanks for getting it added to the index so quickly. Thanks, the tower itself is small, but there's actually a lot more going on under the surface, stay tuned! Thanks so much! The shoulder armor is the standard issue armor crafted in the Pikesteel Mountain forges. (Some people use it as a viking helmet though. ) The cliff is made of this piece.

Here is a typical Dwarven tower that can be found surrounding Pikesteel Mountain. This tower guards one of the passes to the main gate and has a DMB (Dwarven Mechano-Bow). If you haven't seen my DMB, you can see the photos HERE, and be sure to see it in action in my VIDEO. Each tower's stone door features a standard Dwarven combination lock. Every tower is also equipped with an emergency alert horn. On the first of each month the mountain rumbles when each tower tests their emergency alert horn. Interior of the tower. Ladder folds up out of the way when not in use. Small stove on the right, box of heavy coal* on the left. *Heavy coal burns hotter and longer than standard coal. Mined from deep within the mountain, it is the Pikesteel Mountain Dwarves' main source of fuel as wood is scarce in the mountain.

Great map! Reminds me of the maps from Tolkien's books. Just needs some "antiqueing" and it'll be perfect. Here are some suggestions for fonts: http://www.dafont.com/viking.font http://www.dafont.com/piper-pie.font Those seemed the most "nordic" to me. -

Don't mess with the Dwarves! @Kklaklaklara: For Mitgardia! Thanks so much. It turned out better than I had planned. I may try to build another one and make instructions. We'd just have to be sure to keep this technology out our enemies' hands. What do you think? -
