I need a independent suspension that is small and has steering. Do you have any ideas? -
It looks nice, can it float? To replace the foil you could put a silver rim where the foil is if you have a silver rim.

I don't have the money but I can dream I may just buy the battery box, cable's, remote, and motors. That is all I need right? Is there a receiver?

You don't have big wheels so you could do something like what I did http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=125475&hl=mini you could make the front independent and the back like what I did.
