You could have put the gears in wrong but you may have made the gears have to much friction.

I need help on what my next MOC should be. I like building mini vehicles. I have a mini buggy I just need to buy a battery box for it and I can not build a good crawler because I got no flex axles.

I made a new suspension that is a lot better but it is not independent.
