  1. Wow! That's an amazing price! But I don't have a B&P order lined up and shipping ... Maybe eventually the Bricklink price will drop...
  2. That's very similar to the one I ended up making with the legs and helmet, but that torso is EXPENSIVE! I'm using Clay's for now :(
  3. What do you folks think about using Nexo Knight Clay's Ultimate suit, maybe with a neck bracket/stud covering the crest, for a purist Rescue?
  4. I've debated using Nexo Knights torsos and legs for custom iron man suits - especially the solid color Ultimate versions. Here is Macy as an example. In fact, I am probably going to make my purist Rescue using Clay's Ultimate suit, maybe with a neck bracket/stud covering the crest.
  5. I originally used this one (replaced arms) for my purist version : Now I use this one :
  6. This seller has only 170 rating but only 2 as a seller and both from over a year ago. So no sales track record. Prices seem too good to be true but you never know.
  7. I have a Batroc but I haven't taken pictures yet. In brief, torso from the 2nd (purple) Magneto, Magenta bike helmet. Two-Face goon's head. Purple legs. It's not a true recreation of any Batroc in particular, but it gets the impression of the purple doofus with the goofy facial hair part of his character. I haven't found a yellow/gold helmet for him.
  8. Here is my version of Gambit. The photo lighting is not very good, but I plan on taking new photos with better lighting soon. Alien legs with purple armor matches his 90's look, and Hawkeye torso gives him his trenchcoat look. Head is the same one @Legoman0120 suggested. I suggest one light flesh hand and one black hand to reflect his weird finger/less gloves.
  9. I have to side with @Guyon2002. Avengers Tower is only occupied by the Avengers in one film, Age of Ultron. The pattern of the partial suit in the set matches the Age of Ultron scene posted as well. That suit is most definitely the Mark 43 as it appears in Vision's birth scene. The artwork on the box and label for the line don't match the contents. The parts in the set match each other, and the figure is a very accurate representation of the on-screen appearance of the partial 43 worn by Tony in that scene. This isn't the first time that Lego have used a generic Avengers logo (from the first film) in lieu of a more specific Avengers: Age of Ultron one. The Helicarrier was released with the AoU wave but was labelled Avengers although it could fit equally in either film line.
  10. Shhh ... we don't speak of that here. You are correct of course, but it's more convenient this way.
  11. Ahh, I see now. I hadn't looked at the Funkos before. The number is printed on the leg! I don't usually take the numbers from toys, but it will be interesting to see how this plays out. I also get now you mean the QRS in the trailer is the Ant-Man suit. I thought you were suggesting I label the minifigure as such ... Thanks for clearing that up! Any indication of anything labelled as Mark 5 in any other merch? Maybe the larger Rocket suit and the Buster suit are both the same Mark 5 (despite the sticker).
  12. About the 42, all of the names are jokes or nicknames, so :P I rechecked the scene in Age of Ultron, and you are correct, the partial armor is the Mark 43. I assumed it was not seen after the battle with Hulk, but it makes a partial appearance in this scene. Age of Ultron is the only film where the Avengers are seen inside Avengers Tower (after it is renamed) so this is a clever choice for exclusive minifigure to pair with the set. @Hawkeye12 also pointed out my mistake with WM suit so I have fixed that in the list as well. This correction is confusing though, as the figure came out in 2013 and didn't appear on screen until the Battle of Sokovia in 2015. I think this is why I mislabeled it as the Mark 1 way back in 2013/2014 when I started my list. As far as I know the War Machine suit in the trailer first is the Mark 5 (hexagonal arc reactor opening). I haven't seen anything to contradict that until your post, but it's also unofficial. In the second trailer, we see a different suit that is apparently much larger, as Rocket clinging to his shoulder looks a little smaller(?). Most people are assuming that this later in the film, hence the Mark 6 I gave it for now until we know for sure names used by . Mark 004.5 sticker is interesting, but doesn't make sense outside of Lego for now. Unless the Mark 5 label is correct for the Ant-Man scene but is after the Rocket scene, and the larger suit is therefore in between the A:IW suit and the Ant-Man scene suit, making it truly 4.5. OOOR the Rocket suit is the Mark 5 and the Ant-Man suit is the Mark 6, but for different reasons. - Basically, nitpicking War Machine suit numbers is pointless for now and we'll see which order which suits appear in what films, or even if there is a Buster in the film at all. I can't make heads or tails of the last paragraph.
  13. @JediJosh, I've made some minor additions and edits to @SpiderJazz's fantastic list, including suits released in non-MCU sets, as well as non-MCU suits. 14. Already made my Black Cat from it!
  15. For anyone looking for the Lego instructions mentioned here, here is the link. WARNING: Direct pdf download in link.
  16. Wait, is the mk 85 the same torso and leg print as the mk 50? Not questioning your choice, I just really want to know.
  17. I am a fan of Ventriloquist/Scarface based on his appearance in Batman TAS, and really liked the fan film that featured him in a Nolanesque universe as well. Coming up with a representation of Scarface is really challenging and I think you have taken the two best approaches available at the moment. That said, the baby really doesn't work. Remember Ventriloquist is terrified of Scarface. Choosing a Clone Wars face for Scarface makes him look very inhuman and monstrous, which is appropriate for the subject and I think a very clever choice. I personally dislike those faces, but it undeniably evokes the uncanny valley here the way a ventriloquist dummy should.
  18. I mean the color on the Starforce uniforms. It's not green or blue, but in between. I was wondering if you could think of any pieces with this color as the print. Turquoise (light or dark) are probably the closest, but rare in pieces and prints. I finally did a bricklink search for "turqoise" and found the following print. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=50768#T=S&C=11&O={"color":11,"rpp":"500","iconly":0} It kinda works, but it's an older and simpler print. I like that it has black behind the color. Sand green is also similar, so this familiar torso is another possibility for some of them https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=164169#T=S&C=48&O={"color":48,"rpp":"500","iconly":0} All three options (including yours) are close.
  19. Great ideas! I'm going to challenge you here. What if I want teal color instead of green?
  20. Has anyone (here or otherwise) come up with a movie Starforce uniform? I haven't tried yet, but wanted to see if anyone has already.
  21. I was nervous for a second, but then I realize no matter what I don't need a 4th Quinjet. Seeing the movie on Sunday, so I hope you're not implying that ... lol
  22. Definitely does not. It says so in the fine print, and I also tested this with my shopping cart while putting my order together last night. Still a good chance to pick up B&P with free shipping, so I added $6.50 of random minifigure parts. Shoutout to Because Lego used the same minifigure for Captain Marvel in the Endgame set as in her movie set, it made it much easier to skip the Captain Marvel set completely. I did not use it to reach the Bricktober pack minimum. I already had a Goose anyway... so that's 2 figs I don't need.
  23. I was thinking the same thing as I put together my order last night. Fine print says it doesn't count, and I tested this in my shopping cart too. It does not. Still ordered $6.50 in B&P (hey, free shipping!) and met my $75 for the Marvel promo anyway.
