I was excited about the Jakku set, but definitely going to pass. Doesn't seem like Rey has a new face and I'm not into the set itself. At least it'll (hopefully) make BB-8's price on Bricklink go down some ? You worked on The Clone Wars and know this for a fact ? Because you keep stating that like it is, and not a personal opinion. So that's pretty awesome - I'd love to hear stories about what it's like to work on a Star Wars show ! :) It's fine that you don't like her - but you're stating opinion as fact, and a bit rudely. I also didn't appreciate the sexist-like comments. But, you seem to be trying to be more general now and I appreciate that.

It wouldn't be because of Miiverse functionality, would it ? That's the only thing I can think of.. I really hope you're right and we'll find out more about the Wii U release later. I don't see why it needs to be left out of the extras - they don't seem to have anything to do with hardware capabilities, or whatever. I can sort of understand why 360 and PS3 would be left out as there's newer versions of those consoles, but right now Wii U is Nintendo's current one. -
If I end up getting that Hot Dog set - I'm switching out the pink awning immediately. I'm thinking either replace the pink with yellow or white, or just make it all red. Anything but pink. That watermelon piece is cool - seems to go with the new round watermelon piece that's in the Heartlake Supermarket that just came out.

The minifig park set sounds absolutely amazing and exactly what I've been wanting for well over a year now. I hope they're pleased with the response and do more packs like this in the future !

Ah.. I have to say, that after reading Brickset's descriptions of the new Arcade set the other day - I'm feeling a little let down. When I hear "arcade" I picture Ms Pacman, Joust, etc. I should have known better, though, because I knew it was part of the "Amusement Park" subtheme ! It's just that an arcade moc for my city has been on my to-do list for quite awhile and I was drooling thinking of some printed arcade machines, haha. The more carnival sideshow arcade we're getting will probably still be really interesting, can't wait for pictures !

Oh, guess I never realized they were exclusives ! Though a lot of my lack of knowledge is probably because when it comes to the Star Wars theme, I've only ever bought a couple microfighters since coming out of my Dark Ages a couple years ago. (too busy buying from other themes) I've mostly just bought Star Wars minifigs I want secondhand so far. Eagerly awaiting the new Jakku set and for the newest Droid Escape Pod to release here in the US, though.

So this store exclusive set that Ahsoka is rumored to be in.. what stores have exclusives sets ? I've heard of store exclusive polybags, but I can't think of any store that's had whole sets be exclusive. (except for the actual LEGO store, of course, and maybe that's where she's going to land) I'm probably forgetting something really obvious.

I am really super excited about the amusement park theme ! Perfect for my city ! Just went and found a picture of the hot dog buns from the Angry Birds set and they're so cute ! I'm guessing the Friends set will have at the very least 3 bun pieces - 2 plus an extra.

Hey, everybody ! I love collecting minifigs and adding to my little city. (and then taking pictures of all of it !) Aside from brick-related things I love reading, playing video and tabletop games, watching TV and movies, and going to conventions and ren faires. It's really nice to meet all of you !
