That's in my opinion the best way to XL build this set. I would also make the top floor at least 1 floor higher, but that would require at least 3 sets. The more I look at it the more I really dislike the tan color.

I think this one looks the best, but imo they're all lackluster due to the fact that it's a different era building. Can someone mirror the Diner and double it (legosjaaks idea) and then put it next to the DO? Both sides will have the stairs en connect the right stairs/pins with the left side of the DO. I don't have Photoshop otherwise I would have done it myself :P.

Would be cool if the 'largest' Sanctorum set has a half build Sanctum Sanctorum and if you buy 2 you can modify it into 1. But it will probably be 3 seperate random builds like walls.

Has anyone tried to modify or expand the Flying Fox? I've thought about buying one because of the cheap price on Amazon, but if I do I would like to build it at least twice as big. However I have no idea how that would look irl haha.

The shop limit will most likely be 1 when it's September 14th. You can only buy 1 in the Lego store ('confirmed' by multiple stores) which indicates that the S@H limit is just a placeholder. But maybe they made so many they can sell multiples per household via online channels.

There is no reason they wouldn't make as much sets as needed. It will probably sell out day 1 and/or even the first few weeks. After that there will possible be a bad inventory and S@H will have them in stock, out of stock, in stock etc (just like the Apollo). My guess is that they won't have a good inventory until Christmas, but after that everbody who really wants one or gets one for the holidays has it and Lego can deliver them like every other set. This set will be around for at least 2 years so getting stressed right now isn't necessary and pointless. All the people who say their Lego store or whatever they heard from anyone just want attention, because even if a store gets 10 on release date, they will have them for the next year(s). If you're really paranoid about this being a limited set (€800 doesn't make it a limited set and neither does the tag UCS) then buy it on release or in the next couple of weeks, but all the posts are about the same annoying thing which is 'Will this set be around for 2 weeks or is it then retired '. Tl;dr: Chill.

Krennic Shuttle is definitely worth your money, especialy when it's with 50% off. Just bought the BB8 and Kylo Rens Tie. Wasn't the plan but sometimes you've just got to spend money on lego.

I wouldn't be suprised if they use the September/October date for a 'BIG' UCS set like the previous Death Star and MF (probably all remakes). Then they could make €200-250 UCS sets during May the Fourth release. Something like May 2018 - UCS Tie Bomber/Vader Tie/Y-Wing etc September 2018 - UCS ISD/SSD/Imperial Shuttle May 2019 - UCS Something that ties in with episode 9 and previous trilogy But they will probably do something else haha. However I would like to see some consistency in the UCS sets instead of random things like the Hoth sets, although the Snowspeeder is a nice remake.

Does anyone know if the UCS R2D2 has any expensive pieces? Or has someone BL'ed one recently and can tell me what they paid for it? I would like one as a display model next to BB8, but don't need the box, instructions or sticker that comes with it.

I've done this prior to the UCS MF as I simply don't want to keep up with everything. I can afford everything, but as you said it's just too much. So I've switched to collecting new trilogy minifigures and let the sets be. Most sets aren't even worth buying, even with 20-30% discount. But you know as well as I do that we don't get that here very often (I know you can get them from Amazon de/uk but still). I will probably get Kylo Rens Tie because I like those kind of sets and you can easily display it seperatly while still looking good. The only question is how long I can keep myself from buying new trilogy sets.. This wave is pretty weak, but if they pump out a good one..

Really hope someone makes a moc with 2 of those sets for a 'more minifig scale' Troop Transport.

Reys faceprint seems to be exclusive, but yes the other ones all are remakes expect for Han, Leia and the Porgs.

Most of the time the threats are all they need to do. Let's say Jang or anybody else will go to court, demand that the videos go live again and wins. That would that months (at least) and after that the buzz for the sets is over, everybody has uploaded their review and all he lost was valuable time (not to mention the stress you will probably get when you have to go to court vs Disney). Of course it's bs that individuals get called out on it, while the companies can do what they want (although we don't know what Disney/Lego will do with them..), but it also makes sense as Lego needs them to sell the product. The relationship between Toysrus/Walmart/etc and Lego is more important than 'illegal' selling sets early.

Well, the Pound is nearly worth as much as the Euro and those are the Euro prices so I doesn't suprise me. Anyway, they will probably retire TFA wave at the end of this year because of the facts that they are 2 years on the market, TLJ sets are out and there's a new MF coming in April.

If they would do a HP CMF, this would be perfect. I would buy a box full with these.
