  1. I think both are great, but my favorite's the Tumbler no doubt.
  2. Oh my... I like that ship a lot... But it's so much money... i can get 3 or 4 other sets for that kind of money.
  3. At this point i'm only certain of getting Axl's Rumble Maker and Aaron's Rock Climber. I might get The Stone Colussus Of Ultimate Destruction. Not sure though. With the RRP, i might just get a few other (cheaper) sets instead - not Nexo Knights.
  4. Nice find ad79! That Rumble Maker looks awesome!
  5. I'm sure it would've been a more succesful theme if the Nexo Knights episodes were on morning-kids-tv in more countries. Also, there was a lot of competition from lego's own themes, especially Ninjago, The Batman Movie, and maybe even Dimensions. I really hope they will release all the summer sets, most of them looked very cool, a lot better than last winters.
  6. Aaron's set is one of the best this summer wave. The villain certainly is. The parts are cool too.
  7. I'm not suprised at all. The Fortrex is a very distinctive set, and a mascot for the entire theme. It's also in (pretty much) every episode of the tv series. Good to have an actual source offcourse. Thanks It's been a quiet month for Nexo Knights, at least in my world; no news on the internet, no new sets in my house. The holidays are far gone and my sons birthday too.
  8. I think it was just too expensive; even though you could dissect a funpack (at €15) like being a combination of a €4 minifig + €3 worth of bricks + €3 for two rfid tags, you would still pay €5 for the digital content. That's still pretty steep for some of the packs. Only the packs which unlock a new world would be worth it. And let's not forget, the people getting more than half of all the available stuff, are a minority. I'm consider myself a pretty big fan and only just own half of year 1. I did expect it to do better, after the cancellation of Disney Infinity. Oh well.. It had a good run anyway, two years isn't that bad.
  9. I think that Nexo Knights "contributing to growth" only means it did better than Chima. From the get go it was supposed to run for 3 years. It will. It might be longer, but i think that's just speculating.
  10. I can imagine the baddies-pack didn't sell as good; all sets have baddies, not al sets have soldiers. In my case i wanted more kingdom soldiers. And more scurriers.
  11. That's actually the only one i could not find here in the NL.
  12. Cool stuff! The third build is a bit goofy yes, but that's Dimensions. It could be different in-game too, they don't really care about that in Dimensions
  13. I've got all of them, paid just under 70, which i think is a fair price; besides the 10 cool minifigures (exclusive to the sets), a bunch of largely useless weapons cool pieces and offcourse 30 nexo shields. In a way i paid for a "free" app. But instead of ingame purchases giving only ingame stuff, i've got real lego's. Or at least that's how i like to look at it. However, i do agree the Battlesuits are a lot better value, especially comparing MSRP. In turn, they make the nexo powers blind bags way overpriced.
  14. I think the most obvious minifigures will be in the sets. The CMF wil have more obscure figs i think. I do expect all the ninja's in one alternate/crazy outfit.
  15. Thanks, those sets look great! Too bad Macy's vehicle is so small :(
  16. Yes. Especially The Lego Batman Movie sets... But almost from the start they were discounted at the largest Dutch retailer (Intertoys). I guess that might be a new strategy they're trying on one theme? High msrp with discount and/or free goodies? Toys R Us are giving away a batman backpack on orders over 30€.
  17. I'm not sure, but it seems TLBM is taking the spotlight right now. Also, other themes have been released or will be next months.
  18. I can see LEGO do 5 sets with similar price ranges for all 5; say 60 to 100. More or less with the same scale, but the most expensive one with a side build, the smallest without. They can fool around with the minifigure count too. I really hope they will; having one of these at 25 and one at 100 would make me sad.
  19. I think they could easily.. With all the characters you're pointing out. Also, there's a bunch of Batman suits i haven't seen yet. And i guess they could do some of the spoiler-characters once the movie's out for a while. Offcourse they could just do a winter 2018 wave as well, if the movie and sales of the sets is any good. By that time it's on dvd already.
  20. Yeah that's the one. It's actually Monstrox' staff. But Jestro is using it (for now).
  21. I think theme-wise the Fortrex is a must. However, if you just want a nice lego set, and don't really care about the story of the Nexo Knights, it doesn't have to be the Fortrex persé. I'd say the King's mech is pretty cool, as is General Magmar's Siege Machine Of Doom. The Volcano Lair is better in terms of minifigures, books and parts. In my opinion ofcourse.
  22. Yes. They can also combine with the 30376 polybag! Axl's Rumble Maker is the only unconfirmed combo at this point, i think. But i'm sure it will combine.
  23. I just got my first 3 CMF from S@H, i got Commissioner Gordon (yay!), Dick Grayson (meh...) and Mime (not on my wantlist either). I thought i'd give it a go since i didn't have any yet, but i feel like my luck isn't gonna cut it. Next time i'll be feeling them bags at the local retailer.
