Wow, that looks awesome!! I'm happy i waited with most of my purchases this year, because unlike last year, i won't be getting everything. And it sure looks like i 'need' more of the summer wave!! Very cool stuff.

I'm afraid not... it's like some guys already predicted, it's to make the actual print version of TBOM more interesting, not to spoil 2017 villians. TBOM now is the Cloud of Monstrox, and he's no longer summoning monsters from his book. Offcourse nobody knows what 2018 will bring, but i'm definately not counting on any sea and/or forest monsters.

You're right, didn't notice that before. I Guess we'll have to wait and see. I think Monstrox really is a monster, not some evil human(-like) villain. But we'll see. I'm curious too. I'm also curious about how long the theme will last. We've talked about how LEGO plans a "Bing Bang" theme for 3 years, but if they really stop after 2018, that means they are already working on the next theme for 2019. Which is kind of crazy to think about, seeing how many they've invested in this theme.

True. Although getting these polybags at a discount is almost impossible (for me). Getting a €10 set for 5 or 6 is easier. This way i get a baddy and a soldier and more bricks. I'll be on the lookout for cheap King's Guard Artillery sets!

I don't think so, my son built it, wasn't really paying attention, but didn't see a second axe. You are exactly right. The first episode reveals the Monstrox cloud hitting Jestro with lightning turning him evil again, after at first Jestro telling him he didnt want to be evil anymore.
