Maybe it should be free soda, most of the banned members don't drink beer... It's great! The missile and the printed peice are great. Could you resize them in the future, please? I know the website shrinks them automatically, but it still takes time to load.

Happy earth day! However, it strikes me that I should be off the computer and outside planting something... Biking to school/work ON!
-
You think this is bad? You should find last year's speculation on the RGS. For a re-release I'd really like to see the AAT.

Happy birthday, , fellow Fett fan!

Thanks. Even if they don't make sense, the intakes still give a unique look to it. Indeed...It's Star Wars, what do you want, it to make sense? That's just silly talk. Exactly. Of course, the 'intakes' are far down enough so that they touch the ground, even with the landing pads down. So, I guess I'll just attach the landing pads to the wings, that should help. Are you saying that the air intakes are vents? Excuse me, it's monday, and allergy season, not a good combination. I hope that's what you're saying.

That's clever. Gave me an idea for a series- "The good thing about being Mandalorian", for example, "Your favorite seat at the local tapcaf is never taken"... Hmm, if only I had time.

Sweeney Showdown: Hearn vs. Depp Poll
Corvus replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
I saw the Broadway musical in school. I liked it a lot better than the new one- so I voted Hearn. Very good. -
*late comment incoming* I like it with the three wheels. Has anyone heard of the MULE? It's a six wheeled unmanned army vehicle with an articulating suspension, letting it go over almost any terrain. EDIT: Hmm, it'd be interesting to see Dr. Sinister Tabletown-ify it.

That's great! I haven't seen a scene that funny in a while! Good job!

Hey, thanks, guys! I've noticed the wings are too heavy and they droop, unless I keep the landing gear up to support it. Any ideas?

So...You believe in jump-jets but not in anti-gravity? Hmm, the legs need something, it has that feet out, knees together look, which doesn't work too well for a mech that you describe as "beefy". The shouldrs need to be buffed up, but you're right- the cockpit and body are just fine. If you wanted to, you might be able to save it. But since you're looking forward to scrapping it... :skull:

I bought (another) Anakin's JSF intending to mod. I was in the mood for blue, so I was inspired to build something that was almost, but not exactly, similar to Anakin's Clone Wars version. Not much to say, so let's get on with the pics. Do you like my overly-fancy stand? I do! I named the ship the Yellow Blaze, for reasons you'll see later. The 'air intakes'. Not sure why they're there, because...nevermind. I had some trouble with the bow- I had to add a few plates to make the bow more noticeable. You know what those are. Wow! Now you see why it's called the Yellow Blaze. It uses very bright yellow light emitters (don't want to call them bulbs, it's too low tech!) to disorient enemy fighters as it twists and rolls through the battlefield. It features two fold-out blaster cannons in each wing, partly to protect them, partly to conceal them...to give an adversary a nasty suprise in a firefight. THose weren't there before! Top view. Look out! We're gonna- *end transmission* Full gallery Again- Not trying to make Anakin's CW JSF!

Captain Green Hair and Mr. Tiber's Steampunk Pirate Ship
Corvus replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
That's...Nice, cute, cool? The thought of seeing a full sailing ship bobbing through the air... Anyway, the ship is beautiful. The sails are great, and the hull is very well built. But...why is Alex mounted on the stern? One critique: I think you should either raise the engines higher or add another pair. It looks like too much wind could push the sails forward, and the whole ship would somersault... I'm no expert on flying ships, but that doesn't sound good! -
Looks like patience pays off... I still haven't gotten mine.

{Hyperspace, near the Hydian Way} (Imperial freighter jumps back to hyperspace) Fierfek. I remember a time when they were so much more trusting. (Angles the Dawn Rose into position for hyperspace jump)
-
{Hyperspace lane, Hydian Way, En route to Mandalore} (The Dawn Rose and the Metal Mouth pop out of hyperspace to make the final jump to Mandalore) One more jump. Have I told you that I haven't been to Mandalore for years? No. It'll be good to stop by my clan, their profession is metalworking. Is not. I though it was- (A cargo freighter exits hyperspace directly in front of the Dawn Rose, sending warnings blaring through the hull) Shab! (Yanks the Rose hard to port to avoid smashing into the ship) Hey... Is that...? An Imperial material freighter? I do beleive it is. Are you two thinking what I'm thinking? Sure are. (A blast of cannon fire steaks past the viewport) Apparently, so do they...

Cutlass to foreshadow a return of the Pirate Theme?
Corvus replied to Siegfried's topic in LEGO Pirates
Now that I look at Alex's reviews, I'm going to say YES. I see three pirate things, though I'm probably missing some. The cutlass, the crocodile, and oars. If that's not a sign... -
I thought you were an Aqualish. You know, the fangs, the sunny disposition... I can't really say I'm similar to a character. I'd say Jar-Jar, because I look less than cool, but meesa all goodness inside!

-My controls (in the upper right hand corner of your screen) -edit avatar settings -post images from your computer(or from the 'net) Hope that's helpful, unless you meant something else?

We'll assume you escaped. Pirhana told you that you were an admiral, and you "answered", and we need to have our meeting. Not to mention that you'd have been on the SD for about a week now.

Clone Wars month is a good idea! I would love to see that.

This should probably go in the Culture and Multimedia forum.

Errr, where did we get it that the Hutt in Ep. 1 is Jabba's wife? Seeing as they're hermaphrodites, that's probably Jabba's son, what's-his-name, Rotta?
-
{To all rebels...} Yes, sir. Wait, we're making a detour first. The Dawn Rose, remember? (Jaing, Baaren, and I take the Metal Mouth to the Dawn Rose's parked orbit, and we board the Rose. Well, Baaren, it's been fun... What are you talking about? After that? Shab, no. I haven't had that much fun since I was a kid. I'm going with you.

Nice result, SN. The hat is nice, but it doesn't look to stable. How well does it stay on?
