Huh. Anyone got any clue what's going on in the UK for May 4th? On the website there's just an image of the Stormtrooper exclusive and the words "coming soon" but no more details. Nothing on the free poster, how much you have to spend to get the Stormie (I know it's $50 but I'm wondering if it's £50 in the UK or not), and I haven't seen a single UK member get invited to any event at their store, just those from other countries. Also haven't got a clue about this "Space Slug" set... Anyone got any info about if the UK promotions are different?

Also, anyone heard of this 'Escape from the Space Slug' set that is apparently available on May 4th? Promo bricks mentioned it over here http://www.promobricks.de/details-zum-lego-star-wars-escape-the-space-slug-exklusiv-set/15176 Oh, and I just ordered the Resistance Ground Crew (AKA Goss Towers) from eBay since I'm gonna buy the new X-Wing instead of last year's, as it's more generic with wider use. BUT, the reason for me getting Goss is because I know the guy who plays him in film. Name's Kieth, great guy :)

As well as the weird red version, there also appears to be a blue A-Wing with more classic looking engines in the background of the Royal visit. There's a video where they meet Chewie and you can just about see the engine tips -- possible LEGO set?

Great guy! ) LEGO-wise, I find it funny how LEGO keep playing catch-up with their inquisitors...The Grand Inquisitor comes in a set a month or two before he dies, and then the fifth brother comes out 2 months AFTER his death, and presumably the 7th Sister and 8th Brother will be in the same boat. I'm also curious to see how they represent Ahsoka's white blade pieces, on the assumption she's in the exclusive set..

Hey guys -- I went and wrote a bunch of articles for http://www.brickshow.tv/ with pics from all the new themes. The sites currently overloaded with traffic, but as soon as I can get back in I'll upload the HD Hoth images and tell you guys.

So, I come back on the forum after a few weeks expecting Nima outpost comments and find people (what I assume are fully grown, adult men) arguing about if a cartoon character from a fictitious sci-fi universe dresses like "a teen prostitute"? Are you guys for real right now? Anyway...I think that the all blue Luggabeast is fine, because we would either need tonnes of stickers or many tan played which would increase the parts and therefore the price - so I don't mind it at all!

Bought Takodona from the LEGO Store today here in Manchester UK. Believe me, it is much better in person. Maybe not quite warranting the US price, but definitely the British price -- assuming of course you throw the phrase "exchange rate" out the window like most companies do. The figures are fantastic as expected, but the actual build is awesome too. The play features and such make it great for kids, but because it can arch in the centre and create two separate walls / sections, it looks really good as a display / backdrop for bigger builds. For example, I have it set to the back-right of my shelf with the TFA Falcon in the middle of the shelf, and they look great.

So this is all totally related to rumours and images, right? Because for a second there I thought this was a bunch of guys arguing over a simple $10 increase on a single set that they can just NOT BUY IF THEY DON'T WANT TO. Oh wait? Is this actually related to rumour and pictures? Am I gonna get tonnes of replies telling me that now that really patronise me and over-analyse this message? Guess I should be quiet then!

(eh, mild spoilers, I guess?) I'm just praying this ship appears in multiples in Episode VIII, features in a major battle scene pouring out tonnes of infantry and are used like the republic gunship. Because I do not wanna spend £60 on a vehicle that literally shows up for about 45 seconds with the sole purpose of DROPPING OFF LEIA.

I swear to God if I see one more American complain about high set prices despite the fact that they get sets cheaper than THE UK, ALL OF EUROPE AND AUSTRALIA when translated to USD (BP Prices are basically around $17 when exchanged)... STOP. COMPLAINING. WE HAVE IT MUCH, MUCH WORSE. £49.99 IS THE UK PRICE OF TAKODONA AND THAT IS EQUAL TO $75.21!

Like the last 2 times..........dude you've lost pretty much all your credibility here, for many reasons; - constantly posting fake lists. -even if (this is a big 'if') these were from another source, you are very, very gullible indeed as they've now fooled you 3 times. -if these 'sources' were genuine how come you are the only person on this entire hundreds of thousands member - strong forum to discover these sources? -creating a brand new account to post more 'rumours' -- pretty much the trademark signature of a troll is using multiple accounts. -finally, this is a 'boy who cried wolf' story; even if tomorrow you found the actually legitimate list no-one would believe you, so you've tarnished yourself. +1

I don't like the lack of gloss on the Resistance helmets - the matt colours make them look really tacky and odd looking. If they had the same sort of gloss as the First Order helmets they'd be great...

£50, so probably $60, or $50 if you're lucky. Also, Just2Good? I saw in your vid that the Resisitance transport will be around $30/40, but I heard that it would be around $60 and around 640 pieces.

Personally, I agree with CM4Sci, and maybe you're being a tad overly critical? These sets were done probably around a year ago with only concepts to go off of, so any design issues can be excused. Also, the actual design is alright for what it is trying to represent, that being the front entrance to the castle, not the entire structure itself. Even if you hate the design the parts are nice, with a load of those nougat profile bricks being particularly nice. Also, not enough for what you pay? 409 useful pieces, at least 4 play functions to represent the destruction of the castle (accurate too), plus 2 more ever-valued Stormtroopers, the main hero, an exclusive main villain variant AND this trilogy's Yoda. Really bro? A "pathetic excuse"?

Those yellow visors are molded in to the helmet, like the resistance X wing helmets. the figures are normal, standard flesh prints with no visor printing ;)

I think they'll pull a cantina band on us; just give us the safe bet of stormies with electro staffs in this one, then add more exotic (and possibly less desirable to a younger audience?) characters in like 2019 when it gets a UCS remake (that castle definitely looks big enough for one)
