    Y'all folks disrespecting the Yuppie need some remedial Miami Vice viewing. The Retiarius really needs a net, and this was a great opportunity for LEGO to do the Spider Man projectile web in brown or tan. I'm thinking one or two Hot Dog Vendors for the Hot Dog Van, and one of everything else except for the surfer. Then again, I just pulled the trigger on the Big Shark©, so that shark pattern surf board might become a must-have item for me.

    Yup, that was my first thought as well. Already looking for a more Crockett-like hair piece and parts for Tubbs.

    Yeah, I'm anxious to see them myself. CMF are my main LEGO thing, and I've acquired what I needed from the Batman Movie series some time ago. Argh! The waiting!

    I'd be surprised if we haven't seen at least a few more leaked bits by the middle of March. Looking back at series 16's info drip, by about this time last year we had the names of the entire line-up. Exactly a month later (March 6) a pic of the pack leaked. Bear in mind that S.16 was a Fall release, and that some of our info providers aren't here anymore. We know they're likely in-production as we speak, or type, as the it were. The Chinese leaker should be gracing us with a picture of something soonish.

    Sounds like it's gonna be an expensive DTC set, akin to The Sea Cow. Which would mean buying the two Flying Monkeys will be soul-crushing. In happier news, I found the book with Highlander Batman at Wally World today.

    I think it's great, and refreshingly grisly for LEGO, and I'll always support the trotting out of the big shark.

    Couldn't say. It's supposed to be available to VIP members or whomever in March, they ought to get to showing it. Usefulness, much like beauty, is subjective. I'd probably feel less animosity for the regular shark if they'd pull out the sawfish head more often, or go on and make a hammerhead for it. Hell, just sell the damn big shark through B&P.

    Gods, yes. The prices for them on BrickLink are a testament to that. I'd be a little surprised if they didn't show her at Nuremberg next week.

    In defense of the supposed PotC DtC set, we HAVE seen a "ghost" shark. Could be it's something Enlighten has cooked up for their pirate-fantasy line, but I doubt it. Then again, the poster could have just taken the shark photo, added it to what we've seen from the trailer and know or can infer about the film's plot and then threw it up there. There IS a picture of the box of said set, but it's intentionally blurred out and I'm fairly sure it's fake.

    I want to say that someone on 4Chan said that the explorers are looking for gold. The wreck appears to be an old one, and is just set dressing.

    First Jungle leak is up on 4Chan. Appears to be one of the larger sets. Looks like a new big cat mold and a man-eating plant that is not brick-built. Seems to revolve around a crashed plane and a small temple.

    Not that I saw. Elves Goblin King's Castle, Beach set, Bus Terminal, and a set with a lorry and forklift.

    There's a pic of the preliminary box art over on the Chan, and I don't see it in there. The new lobster piece does make an appearance, however.
