    Definitely an accurate assessment. They redesigned the big shark mold for the new Pirates of the Caribbean ship, and I had hope that the regular one would resurface (pun!). Then, when they announced that one of the new themes was Coast Guard, I thought SURELY we would see it there. But, sadly, no. Still stuck paying $25 for it.

    ATTN: To anyone who is looking for the Ultimate Batmobile on sale at Wal-Mart, etc. Per LEGO regs, that set is not supposed to be discounted ANYWHERE. So jump on any sales you see before people get in trouble and prices go back up

    I dunno. As always, whenever you hear new stuff, consider the source and believe what you will. That's all the elaboration I've got. Unrelated, somebody here made a list for a Hanna-Barbera CMF series. I don't remember who, and I'm not gonna search for it, but maaaaan, I would buy the hell out of that. Make it happen, LEGO!

    Dammit. I JUST ordered one set of those dual-molded legs for Giant-Man/Goliath. I didn't even think about getting a second pair for classic Thor. Those look brilliant! Arg!!

    I guess it isn't really a big deal, but Double VIP time is the WORST possible time to use your banked points. You don't earn anything at all for that $130, but instead of missing out on ~$7, you're missing out on ~$13. Know what I mean? Buy what you can afford during Double VIP, then use the points the next week, if you like.
