  1. Welcome Makoy. How does moving about impact your hobby?
  2. Welcome to the forum. The Creator line has / had some very big sets. There is also a rumored Ghostbusters HQ set coming out in January, with some 4000+ parts. As for the Technic sets, specially the flagship sets like the Mercedes-Benz Arocs, they have a big number of parts but probably half of them is connector pins ;-) But I would definitely give that Arocs a closer look if I where you. It's a fantastic set and great building experience. It will take you multiple nights. I think it took me some 10 or 12 hours, if not longer.

    Hello

Welcome! I think you need to buy your kid a lot of Lego ;-)
  4. So, I watched the Behind the Scenes video again and noticed, at around 1:26, a tan building with what looks like a shop window, rounded wooden door and a small tower / round room on the second floor. Maybe the Secret Marketplace?
  5. Pulled this link from a post by CM4Sci in the Seasonal thread in the Special Themes forum: http://i.imgur.com/eYEtesx.png
  6. J2G did not say Ghostbusters HQ is a modular building.
  7. NYCC next month, maybe Lego will unveil it there?
  8. This set needs Slimer popping out of a hotdog stand :-)
  9. Also, don't forget Ghostbusters HQ gathered 10.000 votes on Ideas.
  10. Are you freakin' kidding me?! This is awesome! Been there two times on my visits to NYC. Wow!
  11. Could this be the serie's swan song? CM4Sci, is it possible to tell how big these sets are? And the scale of the buildings (as compared to the already released ESB). And also, as the poster above asked, is there build up area in between the iconic buildings, or is it only the buildings? Thank you.
  12. Thanks! That will be a long wait...
  13. I bought a copy of this magazine, including the poly, off eBay. There are still a bunch for sale there.
  14. When can we expect Lego to release the official images?
  15. bad?
  16. worse
  17. would
  18. Yeah, appreciate the effort. Thanks! But from the descriptions and your drawings this doesn't appeal to me.
  19. like Armstrong
  20. There is still an Elves 2016 thread
  21. The descriptions sound exciting, thank you CM4Sci!
  22. The set is now available for VIP members at S@H. Just ordered it
  23. Is there something to say about when to expect these sets to be released, more particular the New York City set? Beside the ideas mentioned by CM4Sci (Times Square would be awesone) and Tom Alphin, how about Grand Central with the MetLife building, the Public Library with Bryant Park or maybe Bethesda Terrace and Fountain?
  24. Welcome aboard HBVRaiden. Your LDD build looks great.
  25. Thank you both!
