I am intrigued.

Maybe it's EB Mafia that has to be fixed and not you

To be fair...you are posting very scummy posts I was astounded you weren't lynched day 1 this time and that was because I thought your first post or two was scummy - before my brain could even remember who my team was. I think that the roleplaying has really gone away and needs to come back. I'm not good at roleplaying in mafia, but I can set something up for all you roleplayers to entertain me!
-
Well being quiet the first couple days is always the risk I take because town or scum, I need that time to get my barrings. When I post in confusing massive pages of posts on the first 2 days i'm usually confused and often wrong. I still think it is a ridiculous and cheap reason to lynch someone but it is a perfectly fine way to investigate them.

Honestly my favorite part of the game and I was worried around Day 2 or 3 that he really would stop. I'm glad he kept doing it! The games with more roleplay are so much fun! I'm taking notes. That's how it was obvious that the first day's posts really robbed the game of a lot of fun - role playing came to a halt.

I really love everything about this build. From the details of the outpost itself to the staging of the soldiers and the whole photo setup. I hope Atte will consider joining Eurobricks and share some more great builds. Check it out

I find the whole "vets" comments over all, through the game an in the conclusion, very interesting because I remember when I first started playing here (2012 maybe?) and a game went this way and there was a lot of heat in the conclusion. I don't remember what game it was (limited storage area in brain ), but I do remember that the player who commented about it said something along the lines of "everyone with a mafia tag is mean". That's not a direct quote. They did blame it on the mafia tag though. So I find it interesting that here we are with basically a whole new group that's seen as vets (not counting actual vets like Shadows, Hinckley, Dragonator) and now the next new group of players is saying the same thing. To me that says that people might just be confused at how the game is played (as I was when I started) and/or upset at losing/getting killed/etc. I thought the last few game days were great with actual mafia play and not personal attacks or just "disagree to disagree" posts.

Harvest scene (featuring a Castle Wagon and a Cart)
Darkdragon replied to Celloguy's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Very lovely scene. I like the way you've filled that wagon with hay, it looks great. -

Well when I say work with the scum, I meant you seemed to have figured out likely scum/town and the numbers were pretty obvious, so logically if everyone thinks it's 3:3:1 then if you as a neutral vote for someone you are pretty sure is town then you're working "with the scum" at that point even if you don't know who they are just to end the game with a win and not drag it out. In this game, the neutral was guaranteed a win if he didn't get lynched
-
Town should have lynched him as soon as he declared he was a neutral .
-
3:3:1 and 1:1:1 can't be parity because the neutral could win with any side so unless there wsa a rule that he could announce "I WIN WITH SCUM" to the host then it wouldn't be fair to end the game when it could be seen as 4:3 or 2:1 - and in fact hinckley worked very hard to win with town instead of scum for some reason, so obviously it wouldn't have been fair to force him to win with scum. You could have ended the game on Day 6 by simply voting for a townie that seemed scummy enough to not get unlynched. That's what confused the deadboard I think, or at least me, because I thought it would be preferable to end the game than to keep going for another week or two.

Thanks for the game, bob!

I usually buy the whole box because I want more than one of everything and don't have the patience to stand around feeling packets. In my experience, most retail employees don't have any idea there is a resale market and they always assume I'm putting on the best bday party ever.

Looking for a Modular-MOC designer to work with
Darkdragon replied to TheFunnyMan's topic in LEGO Town
Are you saying you want someone to give you free instructions AND free bricks to build a modular of their own design you will in return post it on your Instagram? This is rather insulting to the designer. Even people with 100x the followers you are claiming shouldn't be asking for these sorts of freebies. It's disgraceful to ask for something like this. Additionally, you've obviously copy and pasted this post from some other social media site you use. -
I'm so jealous you got to this before I could I've looked at the houses on Ideas and they are nothing compared to what you've done. Most are not very good and definitely not going to work out as a set. The main issue with doing more on Ideas though would be that it will start looking like a theme which then they will deny because they don't want to do those. You definitely picked the right place to start and I'm all for you continuing your layout with more cool buildings.

You completely deserve it, it's perfect. Just remember, Eurobricks featured you first!
-
Love it! I was considering doing an AC layout with Fabuland figures
-
Excellent work. I've always loved seeing your customs.

Unfortunately that is not feasible because the old banner is much too small. The first one is on "top" and the second one is tiled across the page underneath. The underneath one doesn't have to be as involved as the city banner, it can be something basic that would work well tiled behind the main top banner.
