"Lord...Your Grace?" Cinna lifts an eyebrow and smiles. "How about Lawrence, or Boomingham if you'd like?" She takes a drink before continuing. "Well that is a fine blade to be sure, not quite my taste to use blade, but I'll bet it did the job nicely. I didn't know a sword could be female though, how intersting. My broomstick is also...or rather was...a woman until she was cursed by that nasty witch Baba." Her face suddenly sours, she looks away for a moment so as not to meet Boomingham's gaze. "Anyhow, my broomstick is Mauryl, she isn't all there. If you know what I mean? Mostly she stays in my pack, for her own safely and the safety of all our mugs of ale." Suddenly a pink bit of smoke pops in front of her face. She stops speaking when a beautiful gold amulet on a purple ribbon drops lightly onto the table in front of her. The pink slip of paper that floats down next to it reads "Cinna the Dark". Cinna picks up the amulet in stunned silence, her mouth agape. Finally after some moments, she is able to speak again. "The raffle, I've...I've won. This is amazing." Turning to Boomingham as if he was an old friend she'd known her whole life, she shows him the amulet. "Can you believe it Lawrence? I've never won anything before, I've always had the worst luck in life. No matter how hard I try, everything comes to me at a cost. He convinced me to come home, back to Eubric and look how the gods have smiled upon me. This is going to be a great year, I can feel it!" She absentmindedly wipes a tear from her eye while she grips the amulet in her shaking hands. Looking up from the prize, she spots Alexis at the table. "Alexis, I'm sorry I didn't see you come up in my excitement."Her smile fades as Alexis and Boomingham speak. She waits for the right time, or what feels like the right time to say something to Alexis. "You are having trouble with your man? That's just...horrible. Are you certain he is up to no good, I mean, it's not a misunderstanding or something? Last time I saw you...you guys seemed so happy. I've been gone so long, so much has changed here. Is there anything I can do for you?"

So cool, I can't beleive I won the virtual grand prize. WOW Thanks so much Sandy for the raffle. Congrats to all the winners and especially those who won the polybag set, KimT you da man! I didn't have anything to say in character yet, but wanted to say thank you somewhere!

"See ya Tesni, thanks again for the ruby." She looks turns her attention to the two men talking at the table. "Vampires, here? I've only heard legends as a child. I thought it was just to keep us inside at night though. What did you use to kill them, sir?"

I would choose Town Plan. I love the classic H0 train feel to it and all the little cars and 2-dimentional trees. Love the base, everything about the set is just so cute.

Cinna laughs at Boomingham's last statement the most. "Yes, indeed a lucky coincidence at that!" She looks seriously at Tesni as the berserker finishes speaking. "Accidental wronged? I truly hope you find a way to make up for it and heal. I think sometimes those who hire us are so devious, so evil, they use us and then cast aside. On the quests, we all do our best to be true heroes, but sometimes we make missteps and innocent people get hurt. Or worse." Her eyes drift back to the crack in the wall as she takes a drink of ale, not tasting it, just trying to look normal. Sitting at the table with these fine heroes she can't let them see any doubts, regrets, or weaknesses in her. Some day they may have to trust her to lead, and having them doubt her could create an end to everything.

"Oh that one looks very interesting. I think you'll do well. I'm afraid I did not follow all the quests or catch up in the library, so I'm not sure what Haddon is." She looks around at all the eager faces in the hall. "Don't you find it strange that some folks just sign up for everything? I mean, don't they have an idea what they want to do, who they want to help? I wonder if they even read the quest board or if they just walk over and sign everywhere there's a blank line."

Great idea there Zepher. I tried to do the same thing but in an in-character way with the Journal. I'm not really one for too much spreadsheets/data/that sort of thing which tends to bog down my creativity a bit.

"Oh I'm sure I will. I'm planning to head over to the Training Hall in a little while. Maybe tomorrow, I'm a little worried about it actually. It's got to be done though, I need to get stronger to save Blu...er the uh little girl's friend in that quest up there, number fourty-four. Have you seen that one? Such a sad story."

"Well, yes, I am a mage after all." Cinna checks her coin purse. "Looks like I do have enough for that. Sounds like a fair deal to me." She smiles and hands Tesni the 60 gold

"Oh? How much are you looking to get from those gems? I'm interested in the Ruby if I can afford it."

"Ah. I don't know Eric, but I gather he isn't a servant of the light if he fights with Maurice. Perhaps Eric should sit and talk with a cleric sometime, it can do wonders for clearing the mind of anger."

"Extra gems? Wow that sounds amazing. What part of the world were you questing in? I hope it wasn't Salamanda, that place is so horrible." She shivers at the thought trying to invade her head, staring at the wall behind Tesni, Cinna focuses on the smallest of cracks. She focuses all of thoughts into that crack and buries them there. A moment later she has regained her composure and hopes the other two at the table didn't notice anything stange. "Have you..um..seen Maurice around anywhere lately?"

Someone looks under the couch in the rec room and pulls out an instant space-photo.

Cinna reaches out and grasps the loud man's hand. "Well met sir. Yep, I'm Cinna. I don't know Tesni too well, but there's so many people here I don't know at all, and at least I do know her." She smiles nervously at the man. "I've been around for a long time, but I just recently returned from a bit of a journey of my own. Had to have some time alone, to get my head on straight. You know what I mean?"

Finishing off her mug of liquid courage, Cinna decides to head over to Tesni's table. As she navigates through all the crying, yelling, and laughing people she manages to set a semi-cheerful smile upon her lips. "Hi again!" She says to the berserker once she gets close enough to be heard. "Not sure if you remember me from a while ago, I'm Cinna. You are Tesni, right?"

Because he hasn't contributed much to the game. (of course I'm joking)

Bored. Get to arguing or something you guys!

Thanks for the comments everyone. Glad you are finding the information useful. Actually no, it leaves a stud-height gap. It fits very well like it is now actually. For a perfect snug fit, I'd only need to remove the logo from the top of the studs. The logo is not very high, but when two are hitting each other it is enough to make it not quite snug fit.
