Yeah. My Harley arrived. I think the head is a little boring, but that's the design they're going for, not the fault of printing or production. And of course not, particularly after their Oola figure from Star Wars garnered controversy for being too risque. Some retailers are getting cocky. If it's the xinh Flash set, the word is they've been recalled for reprinting so that would extend time before we see them. Truth is, some sellers are better than others and you need to be careful who you buy from.

Granted their customs can be dodgy, but I'm not complaining. We both know we'd never see this figure from TLG, and it's still a passable figure.

I'll try to give you a rundown of the main brands for you. If I make a mistake, anyone else is free to jump in and correct me. Decool - In terms of quality, these are generally the best. In recent months they've been focusing on reproducing large sets rather than minifigures, so they've fallen behind on producing them. As far as I know the last wave they released was from Batman vs Superman and haven't gotten around to Civil War yet. Also worth noting that one their Supergirl, one of their Wonder Women, and a handful of other female figures they did have weird, curved hips rather than just being flat. SY - Traditionally these were (mostly) on par with Decool in terms of quality. In terms of variety, they're slightly more varied than Decool and sometimes created figures which hadn't been released officially (Doctor Strange last year is one example off the top of my head). Unfortunately, like Decool, in recent months they have been focusing on reproducing expensive sets. Unlike Decool however they've not shown any signs of also producing minifig-only waves as well, and have adopted Lego's strategy of releasing expensive sets with unique minifigures so you're forced to purchase a full set. Xinh - Currently the highest-quality brand which regularly release minifigures. Their most recent wave (featuring Cosmic Boy, Lightning Lad, and some CW Flash characters) have shown to have awful quality prints, but there's talk that they've been recalled and will be reprinted in better quality. Other than that slight hiccup they are generally the go-to brand right now, as their figures are often on par with official Lego ones (the Falcon you saw was likely a Xinh version, unless you meant Falcon Captain America, which likely came from SY295). It is worth noting that their earlier figures (around Age of Ultron and earlier) aren't as good, and I'd advise going Decool or SY for those. Pogo - Currently producing the greatest variety of minifigures, frequently producing characters which noone else has made. Their quality isn't as good, however - they often use matte prints which look nice, but feel horrible and wear away easily. Recently the quality has been getting better, and there have been fewer and fewer matte prints used, but as of now it's not quite at the same level as other brands. Personally I tend to go for Xinh over Pogo when they release the same figures, but it's up to you. Lepin - Focus exclusively on producing full sets. The bricks and sets they produce tend to be pretty good quality, however their minifigures are terrible. Don't buy a lepin set for the minifigures because you will be sorely disappointed. I'd also be cautious of their printing on bricks for that reason, however I haven't bought a Lepin set with major printed parts so I couldn't tell you whether they're good or not. Duo Le Pin, Lele, Bela, Doll - These (and other brands) tend to be not as good as the rest. My advice would be to only get minifigures and sets from them that you can't get from anyone else, but that's just me. Hope this helps. If I've made a mistake here someone please correct me. Hopefully - this could have been an amazing set for me if not for the bad printing. When was this set released? Because everyone seems to have received their suicide squad harley quinn sets but noone has these yet. Maybe that explains the delay. Or maybe we'll get shitty prints first and have to re-order to get good ones.

Well the first picture we got of Zoom before we realisted the rest were terrible was pretty good. We can hope that some are better than others.

Fair enough. What with there being so little communication with the manufacturers and folks like us in the western world I imagine there's very little way to tell exactly why they made these they way they did. But it's worth letting them know if we can, and I can only hope that someday I'll get a reverse flash and zoom minifig which don't look like shit. I couldn't find any, but sellers aren't putting up real pictures of this set, for obvious reasons. Yeah, after the mess of the last set, I'm waiting until we get real pictures before buying it. Can't see the release date on that one though.

Same. If xinh keep using those crap prints then they're not going to be doing too well for much longer. I guess we can only hope they realise that people don't like the weird prints from the Zoom wave and do it again printed properly.

Why? Xinh have shown they can do custom figures in the usual way before and they turned out great. I just don't get why they thought they needed to change it up like this.

Based on that, the arm prints seem to look a whole lot better than the body ones. It seems with this set and Civil War Spiderman, Xinh have been doing something else with their printing process. It's a shame, since things were fine as they were.

By the way, does anyone know what specific colour the cape which comes with the jor-el figure from a while back is? I ordered the bootleg from a while back but it seems the cape is going to be plain old superman red.

So my Xinh two-face/harley set arrived today. All the figures seem pretty good. Xinh standard, nothing particularly good or bad about them.

As far as I know, there isn't. IIRC it's a Bela set so they don't release figures individually. You'll probably need to either get the set or get the official one.
