I hate to say it, but I think the best option in that case is to open a dispute and request a partial (or total) refund. At the end of the day they failed to supply you with what you bought, and they likely did so knowingly.

Another comic book ant-man? I'm not complaining but I'd rather have new figure noone else has done before than have a dozen different companies all making Thor, Captain America, etc. On that note, would I be right in assuming that SY got the design for that Ant-man (and a few other figs) from the Marvel Superheroes game? Seems it'd be an easy way to find designs from relatively obscure characters. Shame if there's a game with that much variety that we don't get the same with our figures.

Not yet. As far as I know we only have Zoom from that other Xinh set so far. I'd expect to get them over the next couple weeks though.

That batmobile looks awesome. Quick question on the minifigure case it's on though - where did you get it, and how many minifigures does it hold? I need to find a good storage option for my now 100+ minifigs.

Yeah, Gambit was one of the first figures they did, so quality isn't quite as good. Pogo are gradually getting better though - some of their recent x-men variants have been pretty good.

Care to provide pictures? Forgive my skepticism but what with their track record it seems odd they suddenly produce good figures.

So the 30th is approaching (or potentially here depending on where you are) and with it comes a whole bunch of new releases. Do you think we'll get real pictures of the likes of the Xinh Thanos bigfig and Zoom minifigure wave?

Really? Mind posting a picture or two? Forgive my skepticism but the figures I got in my last lepin set were terrible, and IIRC only yesterday someone had the same issue with the tony stark mansion attack set they got from lepin.

Not bad. Are the minifigs still standard LEPIN (aka terrible)? Looks cool. Plus there's a sandman which IIRC noone has done yet. What's the general consensus on quality of Bozhi figures?

I don't need to see pics, but are there any of the crossbones from that wave? I don't recall seeing any and am just trying to figure out if they're holding back production or soemthing.

So the pogo Emma Frost and Xinh Quicksilver X-Men waves arrived today. Got to say, most of them are pretty perfect, but a fair few get let down by the face printing. The female faces in the pogo set just look weird (will be ordering in some Xinh Captain Marvel ones to replace them), but the real surprise to me was the Xinh Face printing. I may have just gotten a dodgy batch, but the faces on Professor X and Magneto look a bit cheaply done - and the orange they've used for contours/facial hair is far too bright. The rest of the figures a pretty much perfect though. And if anyone wants any pictures of them, let me know.

My order is the same Zemo, along with the Scarlet Witch and other figures from that wave. Ordered on the 23rd May, so I guess I'll give them a another week or two and see what happens. On that note though, has anyone received their Xinh Baron Zemo, Scarlet Witch, Giant man, and/or Crossbones yet? Just I figured if one figure from that wave is delayed production, that might explain it.

Does anyone know much about the seller "Minifigures Wholesale" (http://www.aliexpress.com/store/1613002?spm=2114.10010108.0.31.RPjXSs)? I've had an order "shipped" a month ago and I've not received it yet. Not sure whether I should give them more time or open a dispute.

Also, not sure if people here have seen it yet, but it appears Xinh are doing mid-scale BvS batmobile and batwing.

Looks good. Shame it doesn't have the fur collar from the official figure, but maybe Xinh will make one with it if/when they make the figures from the new spiderman sets.
