    Did I hear correctly in the designer video that the lady in the billboard is the owner of the laundry shop? If she is, how come we didn't get her in the BB or was she the thief?

    I actually really liked the new 18+ black boxes LEGO has started using, except I don't like ot for the modular line. An all white box would have looked better. Ahh. How could i forget. love this idea.

    Like some, I don't care for that bathroom. One thing I did notice was that there is no space for cooking the donuts in the Donut shop, its a bummer, unless its somewhere else that we haven't seen yet. Or its probably just a donut shop that gets it donuts delivered to them like gas stations. So true. I can't wait to see what others turn into.

    That's what I was thinking. Specially with the simple tile reading 'Police.' Just remove that tile and it could easily be a small court house or another library.

    Really great design. I love the Donut shop and the details inside. And I love the billboard advertising the laundromat from the Brick Bank.

    Hmmm... A little bit. Meanwhile, how does everyone feel with having a prison so near other modulars such as restaurants, other paces of business, and small homes?

    Its a really good choice of color. Glad they went and tried a new color.

    I didn't think so either mainly because I remember last year when we were all speculating what the 2020 modular would be, a police station modular always came up and on those posts last year someone posted a comment from a designer answering why they've never made kne. His reply was that the AFOL community has done some terrific police station modulars that if that they didn't think they could do better or make it seem like the copies a design. Something around those lines, I don't know how to look that far back for posts. Anyways, @theremin has a lot of explaining to do!

    If it is what @theremin says it is, I like your idea of a sculpture studio, but I would also love to see an art studio with Frescos the size of the movie posters in the Palace Cinema modular, but not stickers. I'd love to see that.

    Since Downtown Diner is most likely retiring, I finally got my hands on it yesterday and now its sold out again. They may have it available next weekend, so for those that have been waiting act quick.

    I love the new road system. If what @theremin says is true, then I'm in. A small food area not a restaurant...hmm...what's more another Italian specialry, gelato, a gelateria perhaps? That is if that rumor true?

    Pictures of the new road plates are out and they look cool. They definitely don't match up with the existing base plates. The new roads are higher. In some of the LEGO city 2021 revealed they show the new road plates connected to some of the new sets and it kind of looks odd because you can tell the roads are higher than the base. it would look way off for the modulars.
