  1. 15. Side Loader Garbage Truck HOG steering Flat-2 engine Opening hood Container lift Container tilt Dumping Opening tailgate Discussion topic:
  2. There are 3(!) beams and a panel between them already. The safe way is to hold the pump from down, but I just did not want to show my another hand there.
  3. My entry for the contest is a Side Loader Garbage Truck, based on KO-440 (GAZ-3309 chassis): Features & Functions: HOG steering Flat-2 engine Opening hood Container lift Container tilt Dumping Opening tailgate It was a real trouble to make dump function work. It only allows to set a thin long cylinder, which is not enough to lift much. For the contest I left it that way, but generally it’s perfect with the small linear actuator; in the video I show both versions. Video:
  4. Looks like the battery affects more than lipo. The solution is probably to use some counterweight or to move the battery back.
  5. Great job, thanks!
  6. I used 11L axles for everything here.
  7. It's 11. Thanks all. LXF, You can make LDD if you like.
  8. Thank you! I don't work with LDD, neither planning to make instructions. But it doesn't seem hard to recreate I think; more photos on Brickshelf soon, as usual.
  9. Hi, Summer is ending, and I decided to create something to make another outdoor video. So, here’s my trial truck: 4x4 PF: XL, M, IR, LiPo Leaf spring suspension Video:
  10. Yep. Thanks all.
  11. My new creation is a school bus: Opening doors with M-Motor Drive with L-Motor Steering with Servo LiPo, 2x IR
  12. Well, after the contest end, I'll share instructions for it and you can try to improve if you like.
  13. I doubt it is possible to fix panels there well; I used flex axles to fill the space near bonnet as well.
  14. This is my entry for the Porsche contest, a 964/911 cabriolet: Video: Features & Functions: Opening doors, bonnet, trunk 6 cylinder opposite engine Steering with the working steering wheel
  15. Added the building instructions to the first post.
  16. Actually there indeed are some 'troubles', sometimes it goes a bit wrong way. But as I created this truck for fun drive, I don't find it really problematic; personally, I'm delighted with the performance.
  17. Thanks all! You'll be able to see all the inner stuff, when I make an instruction for it.
  18. No, of course not. It is connected to the rear output, and the gears are used to move the axle a bit forward. At first I planned to try the inner output for drive, but it overloaded the motor, so I had to somehow use another one.
  19. Hey, Let me introduce my new MOC – Trophy Truck: Video: Features & Functions: Buggy motor for drive M-Motor for steering LiPo for power IR-receiver V2 Independent front suspension Twin beam steering system Dependent simple rear suspension So basically it's just another trophy truck, but I put a special steering system which is used in trucks with twin beam suspension. Building instructions:
  20. The building instruction is now available (first post).
  21. Thanks everybody. ~24 cm.
  22. My new creation – Gas Service Truck based on UAZ-452, known as 'Bukhanka', which translates as 'Bread Loaf'. You can guess why. The goal of this creation was inventing the smallest 4x4 chassis using standard springs for suspension. Features & Functions: - 4x4 - XL for drive - Servo for steering - LiPo for power - IR-receiver - Live axle suspension - Panhard rod for each axle - Openable doors with locks - Telescopic ladder Video: More images:
  23. Thanks all. It is really not the best way to mount cylinders, but they sit there really well, better than it may seem.
