  1. That was my confusion, as well. Other toy companies seemed to at least have SOMETHING new. LEGO didn't bring anything new, even for other themes. Everything they showed off at SDCC was previously revealed in an official manner beforehand. For example, we saw the First Order Stormtrooper constraction figure A MONTH AGO. What a huge letdown. I guess all that's left to wonder now is when we'll actually see these sets. D23 is coming up in August, but they generally don't do major product reveals at that convention.
  2. So disappointing. I genuinely don't understand why they didn't reveal any actual sets from TFA....
  3. That's a good point, hadn't even thought about that. Even though it's looking kind of unlikely, I'm still holding out hope for at least one TFA set to be revealed on Saturday.
  4. Rey's Speeder is the safest bet, yeah. But I don't see how revealing other sets would spoil the story. We've already seen Kylo Ren's Shuttle in the second teaser, for example.
  5. They'd better reveal SOMETHING from TFA, or I'll lose my mind. Do they really expect to keep everyone in the dark when we're only 2 months from release? I'd like to know what I'm spending hundreds of dollars on in September. This whole secrecy thing is ruining the hype for both the movie and the merchandise...
  6. Well, looks like we won't be getting a trailer at SDCC. Absolutely ridiculous.
  7. I really hope you're right about that. We need something new to discuss here, and I'm very impatient.
  8. Agreed. It'll likely look similar to the custom trooper from Minifigs4u.
  9. Absolutely loving that snowtrooper. Looks exactly like I thought it would!
  10. Yep, video's been taken down now, though. I've got a mirror of it on Dailymotion if anyone's interested. On a semi-related note, I'm rather excited to see what TFA sets LEGO will reveal at SDCC.
  11. Regarding the black head, I'm guessing that Phasma's actual head hasn't been produced yet, therefore it was unobtainable by the leaker. Either that, or the leaker simply wasn't able to access it for whatever reason. I can't imagine it's easy to steal pieces directly from a LEGO factory.
  12. https://instagram.com/p/4VSr06mfRz/ Looks fantastic.
  13. I agree. I really liked the direction they were going with the 2011 version, honestly. The new one is a giant step back; it's similar to the 2007 version.
  14. Not entirely sure about the legitimacy of this, but a pic of the Captain Phasma minifig has just been leaked: https://instagram.com/p/36jmoUmfRq/
  15. Interesting, I feel the opposite. I like it when they include extra little structures or terrain pieces; they always enhance the set. For example, I loved the stand/fueling station included in the very first TIE Fighter. If there is to be something else included in the TFA TIE, it'd help justify the price, and I'd be far more likely to purchase it.
  16. Official image of 75096 just surfaced... it's pretty rough.
  17. Yeah, that was my thought as well. Hopefully it is, I love the look of the engines on that ship.
  18. I disagree... I may be alone in this, but I think it's pretty obvious that the set is intended to be the v-shaped shuttle shown in the second teaser & poster. I don't think there's any possibility that it could be anything else, honestly. We don't have any reason to believe that there's an identical but slightly different ship.
  19. I agree... the microfighters are one of the worst things that Lego has ever released, IMO. From what I understand, though, they're pretty well recieved among the community.
  20. Yep, looks like TRU. As far as I know, they're the only store that puts those ridiculous anti-theft devices on a LEGO product.
  21. Fantastic news! Hopefully Amazon US will follow suit shortly. I've been all over looking for these sets and still no luck.
  22. I think the current speculation is that the Sith Infiltrator will be released alongside the TFA wave in September. I feel like we would've seen more leaked images by now if the Infiltrator was coming in June.
  23. Just a heads up, the Summer 2015 wave seems to be popping up in Toys "R" Us stores across the U.S. Seemingly every store except mine.
  24. I agree; I don't see it selling very well either... I think the main problem with the Assault Carrier, (as well as other Rebels sets in general) is that the source material is just so... awful. Rebels doesn't really introduce enough interesting ship/vehicle designs to base sets off of, IMO. It's not entirely TLG's fault that the sets are so bland-looking or otherwise uninteresting. That said, we've still got plenty to look forward to this year. My guess is that the Force Awakens sets will be revealed somewhere around Comic-Con, which is July 9th-12th.
  25. I am WAY too excited for the Imperial Shuttle. It looks incredible, definitely a day-one buy for me. It's nice to finally be able to see these sets in official images, as well as see them up-close in reviews. June can't come soon enough..
