Pretty nice model to be honest. Those eight 1x5x0,5 white liftarms (5 pin hole version), where are they located and are they replaceable? I don't mind ordering four arches but not more than that.

The 8448 wheels’ pin holes are only half a stud thick. They’ll fit, but they wobble. I had them under my GT3RS for a while. Also, Bugatti hubs+wheels fits perfectly fine as replacement for Porsche wheels+standard hubs. If I remember correctly the Bugatti wheels are only very slightly further offset.

42112 Concrete Mixer Truck
LvdH replied to Ngoc Nguyen's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
There’s a dark blue 5x11 panel plate on the top of the cabin, previously exclusive to 41999. 1x3 liftarms making a return as well as 1x5, which are currently impossible to find. -
Highly doubt it. There are ten sellers on bricklink including some of the biggest German stores. I don’t think they would risk their livelihood to sell KO pieces on Bricklink. I have asked him anyway, he’s going to check this evening. Edit: they’re genuine. Click the picture for full resolution photo.

The new Mindstorms set includes at least one white Defender wheelarch, as well as what seems to be dark turqoise making a return to Technic.- 5,507 replies

[MOC] McLaren F1

His bricksafe is still active: https://bricksafe.com/files/Thorsten50/PDF/McLaren F1.pdf -
There seems to be quite an easy way to add HOG steering. Below the dash there is quite a lot of empty space (3-4 studs in some places). The steering wheel has three gears between its axle and the rack. If you put three of those same gears on the other side you're already close. Just need to route it to the middle and up through the dash (this requires a small mod though). Anyone up for the task?

Not even in black actually without painting. There aren’t any colours that have all the pieces. Orange comes close, but missing 5/6 panels (and possibly more). Yellow might come close after 42114, but still missing the wheelarches (again possibly more) Lime also got close after 42115, missing four pieces that might be replaceable. They’re listed not that far up. White missing wheel arches. I didn’t check for any of these, I’m just going by memory... And yes you can change the colour on rebrickable and see which part gives an error. But there is no instant way to check as far as I know.

Technic 2020 Set Discussion

It has 3696 actually -
Yeah, I had a look at it too. The 9L liftarms are used at the skirts and very easily replaced by making the one besides it (11L I believe) 2 studs longer and making the 9L —> 7L. The two wings at the rear arches are hardest to replace. The 3x7 curved panels seem quite easy to replace. Maybe wedge plates are a possibility. With the new wheels, callipers and changed interior to DBG like the Sian, you end up with a little more than 60% in common to 42115: https://rebrickable.com/sets/compare/slow/?1-set=42115-1&1-user_list=&2-set=&2-user_list=77540 Funnily enough the Sian has more parts in common with the dark azure Centenario than the Chiron...
