Oh wow true, thats an even better use of it. Hopefully if they make these pieces a little more specific and form fitting to some characters’ hair pieces going forward. The piece is so nice and tight from the bottom but sort of turns into a bed sheet around the torso and head (which makes sense as it needs to accomodate many/most/all figures for maximum usability and system integration).

Force Ghost piece would be perfect for Invisble Woman’s powers. Big force field energy.

This has to be one of the best builds Lego Marvel has ever put out. The shaping is magnificent and the colors work so well together. Goats are a pretty smart design too. Could make for a really nice Thor and friends display piece. Maybe pretend the old Thor figures are part of the Thor Corp and have them flying around the ship with clear pieces too? And have the other Thor supporting characters standing on the ship.

I will die on the hill that the second half of FFH (more or less half. Starting from the hotel room with MJ onward) was one of the strongest and most beautiful looking in any Marvel movie ever. The first half I refuse to torture myself with ever again. That bus scene upsets me on so many levels. To tangentially connect this to a Lego convo, I’m excited for that FFH polybag. I wonder when it’s gonna come out. Doesn’t seem like it’ll be a GWP, hopefully it shows up at a Target or something.

Could see those webs being used in cool ways in some future action themes. Lady Ock’s head is good for Screwball possibly. Kamala, Goblin, and Ock are the 3 best figures here. Rhino looks like every bad purist we’ve seen of him using that weird Ultra Agents armor. I like that the Rhino and Hulk set is basically a might micro sized up. A Macro Micro perhaps? And Ock’s vehicle is pretty great for a 4+ set I’ve gotta say.

CM4Sci said on Reddit that there’s no NWH sets in the first half of 2022. His word’s as good as gold usually. Fingers crossed for the 2nd half of the year.

So I got half of the Marvel CMF wave. Not really trying to compete the wave but also not feeing packs for the first time ever. Just going with the flow. Currently have Vision, Bucky (x2), Falcon, Gamora (x2), Panther, and Peggy. Best one is Peggy hands down. Vision and Falcon are so excellent but Peggy is absolutely perfect in my eyes. Might be a top 3 all time superheroes figure for me. The rest are great and blew away any expectations I had (especially Gamora). Most disappointing is sadly T’Challa (Bucky is a little above average too). Great torso, guns, and helmet but everything else falls flat. Much prefer the mech/Queer Eye face too. Still really only need a Monica and Wanda. Monica’s my most anticipated/wanted of the wave. Love that torso design. Her holding Vision’s computer (pause) is gonna look great.

Yes please someone do that! I’m actually surprised that nobody in the community has rebuilt the Apocalyseburg Statue of Liberty into the full statue yet. Its been some years already. A few months ago when the movie plot leaked and they mentioned a battle at the Statue, I scowered the internet to see if any Statue of Liberty sets would be adequate enough for a display piece, or better yet if anyone had any good MOCs made. The Architecture version is entirely too small. The closest to an appropriate size I found was set 3450. Its amazing but so blocky and some of the building techniques could use an update - plus its wild expensive. So all that to reiterate what others have said… please someone make a MOC of the dang thing

From the Batman sets: - Penguin’s torso/legs would make for a good Killgrave from Jessica Jones. - Catwoman’s torso might be good for an MCU Mockingbird or Quake.

Are any of you guys able to feel for minifigs anymore? I ordered my first Marvel CMF (and first CMF since they switched over to the big bags) and I tried to feel who I got before opening it… and I couldn’t feel a dang thing. The bag they’re packaged in inside is so small that you can’t differentiate anything the way you used to. (Got Falcon btw, not sure if they package him differently bc of his wings or what).

Anyone else kinda dislike those silver lines on the Far From Home black suit? Feel like gray like the boots would’ve been a better fit.

As @lego_guyon02 said, its a pic of a bunch of purist figs. Like most things in the Lego community I think it came from Flickr. And I agree with most people’s assessment - good face when it comes to the figure, little less useful for customs. I still don’t mind the ol Vulture though. The single helmet is nice.

Rhino?! I can see them using the Thanos body with a new Rhino head mold. Making the big figs’ heads seperate from their bodies was one of Lego’s best ideas, there’s just so many options. I can also see them making the set like $50 with some basic Miles and Spidey figs and justifying it bc of the new mold.

That show’s Doc Ock design looks pretty great so I’m with it. Hopefully they give us that nice detailed purple Spider-Gwen design too like they did with the DUPLO set because every single one of Lego’s Spider-Gwens have been The current version’s pink and blue is barely visible at all and the legs need boots sooo badly.

Agreed 100%. I can imagine them reusing the same Strange (or at least that cool cape) and Wong in a coat does nothing for me, especially since I already have a Wong. The build isn’t anytning iconic or really interesting, although it looks fun for kids ofc. Plus I can see them reusing that Spider-Man in the next NWH wave of sets. The only one I’ll definitely be picking up is the 4+ set it has everything i’ve wanted since 2019

Might be more comic accurate too if you swap them out for MCU Spider-Man’s? I’m on the fence on the printing myself. Sometimes it looks overdetailed other times it looks perfect. Once I see it firsthand I might just erase the printing totally if its bad.

Why does customer service keep doing this? First Winter Soldier before he was even revealed, now Phastos before he is released. On a related note, that torso might work really well for a purist He Who Remains
