    I think TLG counts MS as a modulsr set as well if we see mini modular set. Since this modular theme will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2017 ,one more building will make possible to comprise one complete block with its anniversary set.I assume.

    From cafe corner to Detective office, I have thought that the original proportion is the best at its look design and balance. For instance, adding one more floor for cafe corner or other modular looked quite silly to me. However, for this modular bank, I cannot help admitting the fact that adding one more floor for this Brick Bank looks perfect and more balanced than the original.. it would have been better if it had come out with taller scale.....For the first time of doing Lego since coming out from the Dark age, I am seriously considering of buying one more set to make it look better. So, this photoshop manipulation image by Lego Sjaak looks great!

Thanks for this picture! yes it seems that plans could be changed in the future, depending on circumstance. it is interesting to find that HE's exit date was 31.12.2016 Modular bank looks nice, but I do look forward to seeing GBHQ!!! probably in April?? let's wait and see.

    I can't remember where I had read about it but, I read an web forum that she had resigned her role as a Lego designer. But two of her modular buildings -town hall and palace cinema- had transparent white lightnings of the building, not transparent yellow lightning of Jamie's modular buildings. Since this modular has white transparent lightnings...perhaps..Astrid or other designers done this work? maybe this clue is too weak to guess who the designer has done this another beautiful modular set.

    I can't find how to put picture on this post, but as you guys have seen already, I found two colour scheme of this set, Tan and white..Does this 2016 Brick bank have colour variation?

    It is very interesting to see that so many speculations about release date, including Landmark in Jan, Modular in April and GBHQ in July, were mere speculation.... until TLG unveils the sets. ...as a modular fan, I am happy to have a new modular set in January. But also look forward to see GBHQ..since new modular will be in Jan 2016, so...GBHQ in April? or..could be both released in Jan???

    if the GBHQ will be released in July 2016, and also be revealed at the Comic con San Diego, which the event traditionally in July, should the GBHQ be revealed earlier than San diego's date?

    Well...for me...it is a bit disappointed news if it really comes out in July, not in January. Since it would be based on the original Ghostbusters movie, according to Just2Good, what is the point of releasing this GBHQ set in July when new GB3 release? Also, if it is going to be released in July next year, would it be based on NEW GB3's HQ design, not the original one?? Next July......what a loooooong wait...

    I do hope so. I personally expect to hear some news or leaks during this weekend, however, it seems that some people also anticipate of unveiling the set during New York comic, con, which will be next week....... Either way,,,Do hope to hear the news asap~
