Oh! I didn't know that GBHQ in the original movie was also painted in black with no roundel decoration on facade. I also thought 75827's exterior colour would have been also good in dark orange. The exterior colour still seems a bit confusing to me whether the red is the same dark red of 10197's dark red or new red colour...as 75827's red seems a bit brighter than dark red. It was funny to hear Dana's snoring in the clip! (3:05)

Great spot, I didn't imagine that the wall will be split and opened in two side! After seeing the pictures again, I can clearly see that it will open in that way..It might be more stable than opening one side entirely. please release the interior pics and more detailed pic TLG!!!!

I agree. In my opinion, it would have been better if it had come out with dark orange colour like city hall. When I saw the official picture of 75827, it seems more bright than dark red of fire brigade, but I think it is dark red. I hope the actual colour would be more dark-ish than bright. The red-brick colour seems to be more clear to see when TLG release the designer's video and more ex/interior pics. I also hope TLG would release interior pics on Halloween day! Yes! as said on my previous post, the main jewel of this set would be a super detailed interior! Although I am not a fan of Simpson theme, but I do know both interior details of Simpson house and Kwike mart were excellent. Thus, the expectation rises higher and higher!! :laugh:

watching GB2 again, as pink slime and 8Brickmario's finding of Vigo's painting led me to watch this classic again,also spotting blue stars of GB2 HQ~

This is a kind of fun part of new set guessing what it would be~, while waiting to see more detailed pics of the set. Ok halloween is this Saturday!!! please let us celebrate with more detailed pics! INTERIOR shots~~~

it seems that this GBHQ is based on both GB1 and GB2 movies, not just one, as we have blue stars decoration on the facade and pink slime, which was appeared in GBHQ from GB2 movie, while we also have librarian, Dana Louis and Janine in GB1 movie costume. The IDEA logo of 75827 at Shop@home has gone as well, as Designer Marcos said. Update: Although the product page says it is a LEGO Ideas set, designer Marcos Bessa has stated that it is an error on Shop@Home and that the set is not part of the line. http://shop.lego.com...questid=3187857

Oh...really? then we'd better wait for TLG to reveal some more detailed pics of this set, including interior pics.. All I can do now is to see hi-res pictures and can see a vague shape of interior parts~

Although we still do not have any more news such as interior pictures or designer's video, about the this awesome set. This GBHQ seems truly amazing! can't wait to put my ecto-1 in the ground floor garage. Some people complain about stickers or price...well for me sticker is kinda okay, though it would have been better with printed bricks. In fact, the 4 blue star 1x1 round bricks looked quite odd to me but after seeing some image of the blue/dark blue star decoration of HQ's facade of GB2 movie, it was convincing design. When I saw it for the first time yesterday, it was just great but..the more I see the official pictures the more often made me think that orange coloured bricks would have been good as well..like Sergio's GBHQ. When I compare this 75827 to original building in NY, the exterior colour seems close to dark red or sometime orange... What do you think guys??

Ah....it looks so good!! better than I expected!!!! At a first glance, I was so happy to see that the'Two floor' was not the same two floor we saw from fire brigade and brick bank's two floor building. It would have been really disappointed if this GBHQ had that kind of two floors. I have read some post that the exterior was not detailed enough with such an expensive price tag. Well. in my opinion, it might be seen a bit too simple and less detailed, but we all knew that this GBHQ will be based on the original building in the movie and that particular building is as simple as we see in this TLG 75827's exterior design. I even happy to see that the 75827's facade is more detailed medium grey lattice pattern, not just lego brick windows, which the look is more similar to the original building's design. But a bit sad to see stickers of GB logos with strangely small size..it would have been better with printed piece with bigger scale. Also 4 blue stars looks a bit odd..when I saw low-res image, I thought it was some sort of transparent blue 1x1 round tile that is kind of sirens or something.. And Just2Good, Yes! your sources were right and all the extra detailed you mentioned, such as no Ecto-1 (would be strange too add an another ecto-1 as we still have 21108) and arm patch printing!! Thank you! your news in September that TLG will release GBHQ in Jan was the best Lego news of this year 2015. Thank you! it seems that there is no particular rule or something when it comes to release Lego set. When TLG had unveiled the 10251 Brickbank a 2016 modular set and will be released in 1st Jan, our hope of seeing this GBHQ in January has almost vanished...but releasing another big set in January again?? Super great and yes....nothing can be certain until it comes out! This GBHQset looks so goood :thumbup: I do look forward to seeing some more pictures and interiors!!

As said earlier, the recent news of GBHQ's description by TRU is truly great. One thing that I am a bit...a little bit concerned and wonder is the total number of floors of this Building. If this set comes out with just TWO floors like 10197 Fire brigade or 10251 Brick bank (though we have not seen this 2016 modular set) it would not a bit...disappointment... How could we accommodate 21108 ecto-1, and all other stuffs such as kitchen, bedroom, Reception desks and etc etc, which should be included in brick built details that shows what GBHQ is, in 2 floor building? Awaiting GBHQ is...in a certain point of view, quite...rather interesting and fun.. we don't even have any leaked or low res pictures or not even a clue, but at the same time, I assume that most of us, including me, might think it would be as similar as SwissGBHQ V2, due to some rumoured details (in particular 4600pieces...) of this set by Just2Good. How much would this GBHQ set by TLG look similar to several GBHQ mocs from Lego ideas? based on the size, 38x25x36cm, the height of this set would be taller than Green Grocer(36cm) and 12cm taller than Brick Bank.. let's see how this GBHQ turns out!! can't wait!!!! :laugh:

Super news!!!! for fan like us who are eager to wait to see the official confirmation of this set by TLG!! 9minifig is also good but i am more interested in the building itself...since toyrus's description says it is going to be 2 stories than.the detail would rather be simplified than we would expect??? or 2story means 3floors including ground floor and above 2more floors? so.... we might be able to see some pictures and more detail soooon???

Well then I hope that the GBHQ to be released in April time...because I also agree with your point that releasing in July 2016 might cause confusion with new Ghost busters movie as this GBHQ will be based on the original movie. Actually I wised GBHQ in January and Modular in April...
