I don't think Darth Kurss gotten away with it that easily! Force push shouldn't have inflicted any damage on JB meaning we should go to sudden death! Force Push will only inflict damage versus a normal Parry. A charcter with Saber Mastery will inflict damage against Parries and Kicks using Force Push. (I've sent my sudden death DS.)

At the end of this round we should be at 4 health each. Jim starts duel with 6 health and was knocked down to 5 for start of 2nd round; 3rd line: Force Push blocks Sabre Throw; 4th line Force Push doesn't defeat High (rather blocks again). Bare in mind Endurance only increases health by 1 , doesn't regenerate. And that's the character's health overall, not +1 per round.

High above the surface of Naboo, a dark, twin-pronged space craft swiftly breaks through the clouds and decends to the verdant plains. Three landing gear extend from the hull as it softly lands, engines coming to a halt with a high keening sound. A moment passes... a hiss issues from the craft as a boarding ramp swings down, spilling steam across the grassy ground. From the dark innards of the ship a silhouette emerges; a shadow, sinister, evil. The being pauses, poised, staring out into the wilderness, eyes searching, mind set. A word ises from it's thin, cold lips... "Butcher..." Darth Kurss strides down the ramp and onto the Nubian turf. His search is almost complete...

Superb model cavegod. Looks like the swooshability factor is through the roof on this one! Highlights for me have got to be your cockpit and green/white detailing... really like your solution for the UCS astromech too. Nice work! Or Ahsoka's starfighter is very similar to this one, Obi-Wan's Delta 7 in episode 2.

Well, if all else fails you can always crash-land it into the side of a building a la Tatooine!

You can't go wrong looking for a bit of inspiration in what's been created already. Check here to find a pretty comprehensive list of craft from the Star Wars universe. You'll find many examples of designs both canon and non-canon, most of which use similar design principles. You can take those principles and apply 'em to your own MOCs.

I've been busy at home working on some house improvements so haven't been active as much in the past couple of days. I have been checking out peoples duels though, and wow! Some of them have been EPIC. Thanks to everyone who's joined in so far, I hope you're all enjoying playing. Once there's enough active players (looking at 32+) I have plans to run a Jedi Duel 'Chosen One' Contest. Jedi and Sith will be drawn against each other and lightsabers will clash to determine who the galaxies greatest champion really is! It'll hopefully see some of the most exciting duels between some of the most formidable characters. Entrants can rank from Youngling to Master to Lord, so players might want to play several duels to give their character the best chance for survival.

That's definitely a way of doing it and there's nothing wrong with that at all. However, you'll probably find you'll want or need to drastically alter your strategy between rounds though, i.e. if you suffer a lot of damage in the 1st round you might find you want to switch to more defensive play. Also, the Mastery Ability Battle Meditation works by analysing your opponents 1st round of attack and then affecting the outcome of the duel. That aside, which of you puny wretches dare to challenge Darth Kurss today?

Nice, comprehensive review there Rufus, cheers! Bariss Offee looks amazing and is the obvious pull for this set. She'll sit well next to Luminara! The new torso print for the clonetrooper is really, really nice too. I own the original Swamp Speeder and really like the design of the vehicle. LEGO's new version looks great, that step above the original in terms of from and detail. Price is an issue for most on this set and it is ridiculously overpriced, but I reckon I'll still pick it up... ...maybe not from Toys R Us though! Thanks again for the review.

ADDICTED! I have Eurobricks open in a window, almost every time I'm on a PC... which is most of the day. Sometimes I forget to log-off so it probably seems like I've done a 24hr stretch! I'm even more active since introducing Jedi Duel, thus further cementing my addiction. It's all good though... Eurobricks is the best site on teh internets.
