    On another note, do we think lego has again changed UCS packaging given the new MF. Note it has no badge/logo. It clearly states UCS. I'd be interested if they follow this design now. Disney has clearly had an influence.

    The rear plates at the bottom are identical to 10179. A bit odd don't you think?

    Wouldn't explain the huge box. If smaller, the interior parts wouldn't take up too much room in a box.

    So BB8 is not a D2C UCS set. No UCS badge on box. In the style of one, but as box is normal general release.

    Reports in brickset suggests around 4000 pieces for the USC MF. Given its $800 price, does that make sense?

    don't want to get in trouble but there is pic of the box on another popular lego "investing" website.

    I'm not really sure a Lego store will fit in. Isn't the modular series suppose to be a town represented by Lego? We have cafe, cinema, grocer etc. What would they do with a Lego store, and how easily could you represent Lego pieces. Just my opinion.
