Nice! I just wanted to use it as a transport for a Vader-fist type squad. I so far have a pilot, TIE pilot planned for the cockpit, those five stormtroopers, a scout, and Lord Vader himself. I think I could probably do without two of the stormies though.

....so..no one has heard anything about the Sith Infiltrator? Or the summer sets? I'm wondering whether Tydirium has enough room to fit Vader, a scout, and five stormies...I'm assuming that it's unlikely...also wondering about the firing mechanisms for the spring loaded missiles.

Really??! What's so bad about the Slave I? The two are incomparable in my opinion...if it's about structure or..let's say playability, I don't think you can fault either set because they're meant to be solely used as models, nothing more. But Slave I to me at least looks much more accurate to the film ship than does the TIE.

Oh yeah, that TIE is atrocious. I generally don't buy UCS sets...because they're just super expensive, but I can admire them for how well they're designed...this one though...laaazy design, even worse price (same as Slave I with less pieces..)...I would skip it even if I didn't see it close up. Nice fig though.

So I'm gonna say there's a 0% chance that we see any TFA minifigs, sets in the instructions of the summer sets.

Wow I really think the Clone Wars gets way too much hatred here...it is an excellent tv show, despite the fact that its target audience are children...same with Rebels...what is wrong with having Captain Rex/Hondo or even Ahsoka, a rare and really good character in rebels? She's not starring in the series, she's there sort of like Ben Kenobi to guide the rebels and help them.

I think there's a chance we will see more clone trooper battle packs....I don't think LEGO is done with them. From what I've seen so far from the new films, we won't get too much variety. I can see a new stormie battle pack...maybe a couple of , then rebel fighters...there's room for at least two other battle packs as far as I can see. I don't understand geonosis troopers to be honest...I don't even remember seeing them in the films....but I think there's a chance to get mygeeto troopers (the guys with ki adi mundi), 501st, and more importantly, a commander cody phase II! I still have hope. I'm looking forward to the new designs of stormies...they're so cool.

Yeah....I think what LEGO was thinking was: ok, we'll focus on Kashyyyk because it's a big battle (I guess because of wookies?), then we'll make the utapau guys in a battle pack to accompany grievous's wheel bike...and then we'll make some random clone trooper which star wars fans will love and not complain about us not having made it (Neyo)...I dunno...I agree with you that Cody should've been included...at least in the wheel bike set if anything else...i wouldnt say battle pack..because then you'd have so much of him. I dunno. I'm confident we'll get a version of him, since we got Gree...love that Gree fig. Also, nothing else at SWC

OOOOOOOH this is probably because I'm a fan of troopers of Star Wars in general...but that's my favourite constraction figure so far. WE WANTS IT.
