LEGO Elves 2017 Discussion

Farran is the Goblin King? What a surprising turn of events, and a good one too! -
I would go with the second option. Your choice boils down to the Ultra Stealth Raider vs the DB, and the DB is a much better set. It looks better, it has more detail, more figures, more play value, everything. It even comes with a small army of ghosts and a full-size dragon. Hope that helped.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
BrickJagger replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Hm. "Never say never" isn't exactly what I was hoping for, but I think they would strongly consider a throwback series to cap off the CMF line. Speaking of that, does anyone think CMFs will ever be discontinued? I think they're due for a format change, especially since "Series 17" isn't an attractive marketing phrase. -
Simple, but I can tell you put a lot of thought into the layout.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

I'll cast a third vote for the Parisian Restaurant. The detail is outstanding and all areas of the model are easy to access, unlike the Brick Bank and its many moving parts on the interior. The design of the Parisian is also much better and it looks good from all angles, while the Brick Bank does not look good at all from the back. -
Hey there, Gruja.

I ran out of places to put LEGO

I would either put some in storage or sell a few of the sets you don't like as much. -

Sci, did the sets have piece counts? Trying to get a sense of how much each one costs. Mini-mechs were exactly what I was hoping for. -

Apparently the only two colors Lego is allowed to use are yellow and blue...... -

Thanks Sci. Woah, that's a lot to process. The Rock Monsters sound even better than the Lava Monsters, which is great. It would be unfortunate if they only had one vehicle, though. "There are two rock guys that are a circle and a brick, too" Huh? The Knight upgrades are darker, right? Similar to how they appear in the game? I'd be very happy if that was the case. Sounds like the Triple Rocker is an exclusive, and we didn't previously know about 70350. Any thoughts on the Action sets? -

Thanks Itaria! Can you describe each set and the amount of figs included? Based on the descriptions, they sound great. Purple is a creative color for rock monsters, can't wait to see how they turn out. The Action sets are a bit dissapointing, but I don't think I would have been able to get them anyways. -
That wouldn't work at all. If that layout was adopted then there would be no new reliable sources, simply because anyone posting a leak for the first time would be considered a fake. Once everyone here who is considered a reliable source leaves, we would have no one providing info. Granted, that's several years down the line, but still.

Very cool! I like the cartoonish look you've given him. The hands look great as well.

Excellent! The tree is very well done. What parts did you use to make the pot?

Thanks for the updated set names. Ruina's Cage Roller sounds interesting. Maybe it will be similar to a hamster wheel? 70372 is a newly discovered set, right? Just by the name alone it sounds like it will be the flagship of this wave. Can't wait for pictures! -
The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion
BrickJagger replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
Popular. Very, very popular. I expect the series to sell at the level of the Disney series at the least. -
Personally, I think there should be a new forum created for the sole purpose of discussing rumors. Each theme would have its own rumor thread, while the main threads in their respective forums would have only official information. People who follow leaks often clash with skeptics who don't like rumors cluttering up threads. If there are two separate threads, this problem will disappear. If a rumor has been confirmed discussion can continue in the official thread and everyone will be happy. Sure, discussion of rumors usually only occurs during half of the year, but the thread for each theme will be a catch-all for every year so there will be no clutter and it will be easy to follow.
