  1. There is a new exclusive version of Sensei Wu, coming from the Design Seminar exclusive set. Only the torso and cape are exclusive, legs are from Legacy Jay. Hopefully they'll add the torso/cape to BAM/PAB.
  2. This looks amazing! Very detailed. Great job : ) A lot of really nice techniques. Any plans for releasing instructions?
  3. You have my full support! I would love to see something so complex and "busy" - it would really make it feel like the Ninjago City from the movie : )
  4. Am I imagining things or is that a raised waterway in Ninjago City? Never noticed that!
  5. All Monkie Kid sets (including the new ones) were discounted 20-30% in my local (monobrand, not official) store and all are sold out, except 80035, so take that as you will. I was able to get everything I wanted except 80047, as it was already sold out by the time I saw the discounts.
  6. Yep, saw it :D I think it'll remain exclusive to SDCC but I hope that the price will be "fair" since it's in a polybag only. And yeah, it is very cool!
  7. That's very true! Some rare parts, but it should be possible to build it by buying the parts. Thankfully, I was able to get the set, but would've done just that otherwise...
  8. That's only if there are no exclusive prints/similar. It would be a shame to stop now, especially since it's a Dragon, but I will probably skip to "make a point" - like I did with the Asian market exclusive coins. Or maybe I'll start a gofundme :D
  9. Damn :/ I was afraid this was going to happen sooner or later... Now it seems I will never be able to complete my collection and I have all the Ninjago sets/minifigures ever made. Same thing happened to my wife (she collects Unikitty figures) and she's missing the Comic Con ones which are sold for several hundred now.
  10. I'm not sure exactly how you can modify something that a kid saw in a video, but whatever fits your narrative!
  11. I didn't mean necessarily from the set directly. I meant more from videos on lego.com and youtube/tiktok/whatever - I bet it's going to be featured quite a bit.
  12. The reason why I don't like it is because it "normalizes" disposing feces directly into water and some kid might see it and think it's ok. I'm all for this kind of functionality, but it could've been a teachable moment with the sewage ending up in some kind of processing plant.
  13. Really, no one? :D Source: https://brickset.com/article/95404/ninjago-city-markets-official-images! Feels a bit empty on it's own, but looks really nice next to the Gardens! Also, finally all the elemental masters <3 Here are all the figs: No cat ears for Sora :/ Video from LEGO.com shows how the cable-car operates: https://www.lego.com/cdn/cs/set/assets/bltf13f06ff1d78df24/71799_v2.mp4
  14. I investigated and ordered these figs (the whole series actually) after I saw your post. And man am I grateful :D Print quality is superb, so is the plastic. I love the poseable arms, hopefully LEGO does something similar. The biggest surprise was that Wukong's staff ends are actually from metal!
  15. This is excellent! Thanks for sharing a picture of the whole diorama : ) Love the boat and I'm glad I found more pics of it on your Flickr
  16. +1 for the photos of the while display These look really cool and would love to see them connected!
  17. Has the part list and/or instructions been posted online?
  18. Download the LDD file and just import it
  19. Does anybody know how this were distributed?
  20. The way I look at it is that Ninjago allows themes, or some version of them, that are (currently) unprofitable to have their time in the spotlight. The only thing I wish for is that LEGO had the bravery to step away from the true and tried formula of vehicle dominated waves to something more fitting the current flavor (ie castles for knights). On top of that LEGO should provide more minifigures that can be reused that match the theme, either within the sets or as separate "expansion packs".
  21. And if you're into a more longer summary, you can always check out:
  22. Nice! Now only Chamille is missing, so I hope she'll appear in some pack or something similar. Where is the info that each ninja is getting a golden suit coming from?
  23. Bit of interesting trivia: Ninjago City was voted as the best set released since 2000: https://brickset.com/article/52959/brickset-bouts-the-winner-is
  24. LEGO is not sold "officially" in Hungary, so the sets have quite a large markup (20-30%). It's the same for all Balkan countries. For example, in Serbia, this set: https://brickset.com/sets/71712-1/Empire-Temple-of-Madness is sold for 100e (official price is 80e). The same company owns the monobrand stores in Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia. What this hopefully means is that you can take off 20% of the prices listed and get an accurate feeling of the prices of the sets. Edit: Just noticed you're from Romania, so you should know what I'm talking about :D
  25. It seems that the game is actually on a paper/cardboard coming with the set(s): I was hoping that the game is integrated with the sets. Sorry if this was posted/discussed before!
