    Ezeran strolls around the marketplace and shops two potions of remedy (10 + 10 gold) and a bedroll (5 gold) for a total sum of 25 gold. He now has 50-25 = 25 gold left in his leather wallet.

    Ezeran kicks Toralds armchair. "Mister Barbarian, it's time to head out and earn tomorrows drinks!" The symbiont clearly looks eager to go. *Ezeran heads to the marketplace*

    Ezeran sits back in an armchair listening to the conversations over at the bigger tables, he is enjoying some mulled wine and he keeps feeding lumps of sausage to the symbiont who breaks the silence around their private table with a burp now and then. Beside the mage sits a plastered Torald burping along with the symbiont. There doesn't seem to be a need for excessive talk at this small table at the moment.

    #141 Wow! I survived my first quest! This was so much fun! I would like to begin by thanking Flipz for hosting it, well done! I really liked the simple style in design of this quest, it made it more easy for me as a total newbie to follow what happend with the mechanics and the story. As for the NPC's: I loved Mac but had a hard time figuring Kiri out and Sakurai seemed to appear and then just vanish. I thought we would have had to fight him in the end as a "real" end-boss after the tyrannosaurus, he seemed like the real bad guy. The puzzle was a real treat and really made a nice addition to the story. I really liked the party as well, Terry made an interesting leader (I've seldom encountered a character with such a low self-esteem), I would love to see him become really mad at something or someone just to see how he would be able to handle it. I'd really like to see him being really confident in some area. Jinnipher, seems like a typical proud elf (on the verge on being arrogant sometimes) but she has a hard time hiding her emphaty sometimes which makes her relatable somehow. Torald, Torald my dear ale-loving barbarian. I love his simpe barbarian character but I'd agree with Waterbrick Down that some more personal characteristics would make him more than just your friendly near-to-berzerk-barbarian. I'm sure he has some real attitude hiding somewhere. I simply love the character of Kheyli (Ezeran does too... ), she's bad with an edge but vulnerable at the same time in a very convincing manner. I would have liked Ezeran to interact with her more but I had a hard time figuring out a proper strategy for that. I sure hope they will fight together in the future! Boris, somehow I feel like he is the most interesting and authentic character in this ensemble: a vampire with principles and values but also infused with personality and warmth. Love him! To summarize: I really enjoyed this ensemble! I really like the idea of Ezeran being an ordinary "down-to-earth" man with a peculiar past that he has comed to terms with. I actually enjoyed the challenge, it really made me take good care in reading up on the rules etc. The symbiont is a great way to show otherwise subtle changes in feelings and atmosphere. I'll try to be careful not to overuse this asset, I'm more interested in developing their mutual bond somehow. If I'd played him as an NPC I would probably attach som game-mechanics to him. That's quite a challenge, in the end I think that his actions and moods will make him more relatable than his talk... I also wonder how I can utilize the ability to chose an advanced job later on to this effect.

    Ezeran heads over to Torald and buys him a proper ale. "Do you also have an ache in your bones after that last mission?" Ezeran smiles and heads to the board where new quests are announced. Ezeran writes down his name ands signs up for Quest#142: Day of the Triffid

    Ezeran lets out a sigh of relief after the long stroll carrying the bone. "Well that was more of a challenge than I would have thought." The symbiont grins as the side mission is completed." I hope they didn't see you lick that bone..." Ezeran whispers to the symbiont. Ezeran ponders something. "There seems to be something I'm forgetting..." He takes of the newly found cap and his face lights up. "Ah! This cap seems to have some special properties..." Something in Ezerans eyes starts to emerge, shadows perhaps. As Ezeran starts to chant in an eerie fashion the lights around him starts to fickle and the suns light itself seems to wane for an instant. The symbiont grumbles as Ezeran suddenly stops chanting... "This cap is now imbued with the unholy powers of the dark." *the cap now absorbs darkness* Ezeran stands up and flexes the joints in his fingers. "Time to head back I think... See you all real soon people!" The symbiont yawns as Ezeran heads back to the hall... OOC: Big thanks to Flipz for this quest, it was real fun!

    Ezeran does a silent evaluation of the two men before them, eyeing them from head to feet. "Good day gentlemen, you might take this ancient bone off my hand but I wouldn't mind a more lengthy introduction of yourselves as well." The symbiont drools a bit in anticipation as Ezeran hands over his ancient bone.

    Ezeran waves to Boris. "Well the last spell didn't really do that much so it's up to you this time."

    Ezeran looks at Jinnipher. "I'll second that!" He hurries over to her and hides behind her. Ezeran does nothing in the back row.

    Ezeran looks eagerly at Mac, "Hey could you hand me a tonic?" Ezeran casts a fire spell at the Tyrannosaur from the back row.

    Ezeran and his symbiont gasps as the Moon Elf gets trapped. Ezeran mutters something degrading about neceomancers and casts a wooden spell at the undead tyrannosaur from the backmrow.

    Ezeran sighs "Some people seems to have real popr judgement, I knew she meant trouble..." Ezeran casts a wooden spell at Spur B from the back row.

    Ezeran looks at the ancient bone in his satchel. "I'm not going to need this anytime soon anyway..." Ezeran trades his ancient bone for gold. "That Hood of the Elementalist looks mighty fine but I want everyone else to announce their wishes as well..."

    As Ezeran is brought back to the land of the living the symbiont starts to cough violently. Ezeran mutters something about smug self righteous etheral bastards. "I'd like a precious stone besides that emerald if that's all right."

    Ezeran mutters and heads to where his party leader lies knocked out. Ezeran attacks Arayanita with his staff from the back row.

    Ezeran frowns and casts a wooden spell at Agnito, Spirit of Fire from the back row.

    Ezeran squints his eyes and looks at the beings in front of them. "Are you always so eager to defile sacred grounds by acts of blind physical violence? Your actions as presumed guardians is more telling than our honest mistake of treading these grounds."

    Ezeran nods "I'm all good!"

    Ezeran grinds his teeth as the symbiont snarls wildly. "So, we are grave-robbers now? Well I guess we'll have to foil this mirage..." Ezeran casts a wooden spell at Mirage Knight E from the back row.
