Returns to the hall and approaches Boris while scrathing his head "We went ahead to the arena but it seemed closed. Are you still interested in finding someone to organise a duel for me and that aledrinking barbarian?"

Ezeran Yavarr challenges Torald Waruelf to duel!

"I promise you will not end up as a frog!" mumbles "Not for long anyway..." *ahem* "We'll hopefully end up doing well in the fields anyhow!" Ezeran heads to the arena.

Ezeran turn his head to Torald and nods "That could be a sound challenge if he sobers up a bit." Ezeran cups his hands around his mouth "Hey Torald, I challenge you to a duel in the arena do you hear me?" Ezeran walks up to Torald. "Say did you hear that I challenged you to a duel in the arena?"

Ezeran swings his goblet in a wide gesture indicating all other heroes in the hall. "I guess all heroes have their burdens and complications. The arena? It looked closed for renovation when I walked passed it. Is it open?"

"Well if it were that simple, my home is no more. Burnt to the ground by demons I was forced away or else I would have met the same fate as my late father whom were slain by my corrupted mother, now a daemoness in another realm who sees me as a reminder of her mortality."

Ezeran looks deeply into the emerald. "Birth. It runs in the family, my father was a mage and my mother is..." Ezeran corrects himself. "Was, she was a mage." He looks away from the emerald. "I need to hone my skills a great deal though. My powers are a bit raw and untamed as of now."

Ezeran shrugs "A mans burden is his true character I guess, thanks for the kind gesture anyhow! Speaking of character, I wonder when a quest comes around so that I can test myself fully?"

"No, I'm quiet fond of him and besides he literally is a demonic symbiont, our life-essences are interwoven and I can't live without him. Symbolically spoken he was meant as a curse but is in essence also a blessing in that he will prolong my life and give me a certain.... Edge."

Ezeran looks down at the supposed Hellspawn. "That is essentially a lesson to be learned: never conduct business with demons and don't barter with your first born child, even if he is not yet born or even yet a glimmer in his fathers eyes. The long story is a bit more detailed..."

Ezerans demonic symbiont stirs in sleep and burps loudly. "Well he said it best! Cheers to new friends and great adventures!" Ezeran raises his goblet in unison with Torald.

Ezeran breaks out in laughter. "I'm sure you will! Seems like you know your handiwork well! I'm here to redeem my mothers rather shadowy reputation. I hope I can do some good." The emerald in Ezerans staff shimmers a bit. "You seem like good company both in combat and with a ale in your hand. I hazard to say maybe not both combined?"

"It seems like that sword has served your family well, you will no doubt add your own merits to its legend. Thanks for the kind words, I only recieved two things from my parents; this hat from my father and that blessing from my mother." points att the snoring demonic symbiont, now also drooling. "Are you far from home?". Ezeran tips his hat at the vampire. "Greetings vampire, I'm most recently from Mermont where I had some family-related business for a time. Nice to be greeted by a pale gent as yourself! Where are you from?"

The demonic symbiont snarls for an instant but then closes its mouth and begins to snore, it has fallen asleep. "That is probably true, but even head aches can provide rare insights, or curious hindsights. Is that blade meant to be so jagged?" Points at blade.

"A noble goal as any I suppose, the wise shamans also finds answers through intoxication. We should try to mingle around some more and fetch som more drinks!" Ezeran shoves some mead into the mouth of his deamonic symbiont. The symbiont burps in response.

Ezeran approaches Torald with a nodding gesture and with a goblet of mead. "I am not familiar with your customs barbarian but with risk of being blunt: do you want to join me and try to find others that will hunt for glory out innthe fields?" Ezerans deamonic symbiont snarls in approval.

Ezeran strides through the door of Heroica hall, he is greeted with astonishment and silence as his deamonic symbiont snarls from his belly. Sighing heavily he tips his hat and sighs: "Haven't you people ever seen a deamonic symbiont before? He's just hungry, unless you have stray goats wandering about this locale he will stay put. Now say here: do anyone need a bit of assistance." Signing up for "Fields of glory" or any other quest.
