Well done Rumble Strike! Gotham City may have bested you, but well done on winning your first Mystery! I never ended up sending any answers, as I couldn't decide between Chief Scott (I felt her affair linked to it, somehow), Winston (Even though I tried hard to prove to everyone that firefighter Sue might've been wrong, it kept coming back to me), Robbie, James (that business with the late Mrs. Swanson also struck me) and Officer Hutch (don't know why, but I felt if it wasn't Chief Scott (and I knew it wasn't me), it must be someone on the police force). Well done both Cornelius and Peanuts, the former of whom was only suspected through back story, and the latter of whom went undetected, both after a brilliant second Mystery performance! Though one question, why try and kill me? I voted yes to enjoying the game, and enjoyed the Characters the most, as everyone played their parts well, if they turned up. I'm going to be honest here, and say for your hosting abilities, that you 'Could have been better'. I, and several others, felt rather insulted when you paused the game to (in part) complain than no 'all stars' signed up for your game. No host should insult their players base like that. I obviously voted 'no' for seeing this coming.

In Britain we don't get any. We just get varying shades of grey clouds.

Lord of the Rings, and Marvel/DC in the same year...? Ouch! My wallet just bit me!

General Discussion and Announcements
Professor Flitwick replied to Dragonator's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Unfortunately, there is no list for future Mafia School games in the Mafia Games index, so none of us really know, besides Dragonator. My only advice is to keep coming back to the 'LEGO Mafia, RPG and Wargames' forum for Heroica, and keep an eye out for the next Mafia School sign up. -
Heroica RPG - Quest#14: The Family Recipe
Professor Flitwick replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Hmm... I had a sudden idea, friends. What say we travel back to the souk to buy more shovels? I'd estimate that if we buy one each, and come back, it'll only be tomorrow morning. Perhaps Ms. Cinna might be able to stay and start digging if we all go back?" -
Heroica RPG - Quest#14: The Family Recipe
Professor Flitwick replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Oh dear, my dear fellows, this may take a while; we appear to have only one shovel between us. As Ms. Cinna is the owner, I believe she should be the one to decided where to dig." -
"Whilst the rest of your reasoning was sound (we even found some non-medicinal drugs in Robbie's house, and I gave it to the Cheif Scott, but it was ignored by her and the Mayor), it wasn't necessarily your father. Let us recall what Sue said:" "It could've been a woman with brown hair. This also adds Chief Scott, the late Mrs. Montgomery, and Mrs. Jordan. I couldn't of been Ashley; she and I were shot by the two mystery figures."
-
"Whilst I find the rest plausible, this is wrong. I found out about Chief McGoverns death at the same time as all of you. Unless I did this, and God didn't tell me the Mayor didn't tell me it didn't say in my starting PM I forgot, but I find that unlikely."
-
"If the Mayor did do this, I think we'd all be pretty pissed." "Well, lets start with eye-witnesses. There weren't any. The only one who witnessed anything before the events was the Firefighter, Sue, who thinks she saw someone with brown hair, not being sure if it were male or female. That leaves myself (shot by the murder and their accomplice), Ash (also shot by the murder and their accomplice), Chief Scott (who had her house burned down), Mrs. Montgomery (deceased, but could've accidentally pushed him if he were to stumble upon she and Alex), and you (I have nothing for or against you, but you have been quite helpful during these investigations)." "Mr. Mayor? How long do we have left to give our answers in?"

"I feel the same way, Mr. Docken, but I can't think of anything else that wouldn't incur those things upon us. Particularly anything that can be done during the night." -

Professor Flitwick replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Well, it all depends on what we're planning do to tonight, Mr. Docken. If we are to face the Wyvern, or the Golden scorpions next, I would quite like to subdue them with the Heady Perfume. If we're staying in this city (for the time being), I am quite content to hold off and purchases, and split the money for the chalice." -

"Well, we need a crystal chalice, and I can't help from thinking that the 'Heady Perfume' might be useful for the wyvern. If you would all like to put in forty coins each for the chalice, I would willingly pay fifty gold for the perfume." -

Gotham City Mafia: Conclusion
Professor Flitwick replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
The Second Ventriloquist, the other three Clayfaces, Cluemaster Firefly, Clock King, Deacon Blackfire (perfect for Nightshroud! ), Ratman, Tweedledee and Tweedledum - there is probably room for two sequels, and thats just with Batman characters! -

Professor Flitwick replied to Sandy's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Ah, progress! Lets hope I can keep remembering my home tongue well." "<Greetings friend, I am Thothwick, from the Mistlands just like you. You are in the town of Salmanda, and the you were captured by Humans, to be a trophy in this menagerie. Not all humans are barbaric, like the ones in my party, who would likely help me rescue you. All we need to know is what kind of security does the menagerie have at night?" "Also, if you don't mind me asking, what were these herbs you were collecting? If they are the herbs we're looking for, you could gift us them to show us your gratitude."> "Now then, Mrs. Cinna, Mr. Nahai, Mr. Docken, Master Ziegfried, I have a plan. Depending on the security, we can come here at night to release both the unicorn (with the help of young Master Ziegried and Mr. Docken), and Hopet here, and he just might have the flower we're looking for. We can lead the unicorn across to the Necromancer, who might just know how to turn him undead." -
Gotham City Mafia: Conclusion
Professor Flitwick replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Wow, the town really rose to the occasion here! All of the town worked together to co-ordinate their night actions against the scum, it reminded me of Werewolf Mafia (although there were two teams of scum, but one fell like a house of cards halfway through, so the parallels are still quite similar). A few of us scum had the misfortune to be caught out by Night Actions, but the Brickdoctor was brilliant throughout here! Hats off to you sir! I don't feel the abilities were too obvious for all the characters. ManBat could easily have been the tracker, or a serial killer. Poison Ivy is a scientist, so she could easily of been the investigator (hearing things through the grape vine! ), use her plants to block/protect. Mr. Freeze could have done this too, utilizing Ice instead of plants. Two-Face could've been Neutral, with the Good side evening out the Bad side. Nothing was too obvious here. I'd like to thank ADHO15 and the Penguin for hosting such an original game. I've enjoyed all the games I've been in, but this game has over taken Hogwarts Mafia as my favourite, with the characters, abilities, story, method of story telling. -

Thothwick walks up to the cage, and speaks to the trapped metasimian in two different languages. One, human English, the second, the langue of the Metasimian. "My dear kinsmen, what happened to you to end in such a predicament." <"My dear kinsmen, what happened to you to end in such a predicament."> -
