  1. Nrg mentioned she's the selling point of a set, meaning either the build is lacklustre or she's the most desirable of the minifigures. If that's the case I doubt she's in an a-wing if it comes with Sabine and maybe hera or whatever set the Inquisitors are coming in.
  2. Omgomgomg A new Ahsoka was the thing I was most looking forward to this year. Here's to hoping they do her lightsabers justice. Thanks nrg!
  3. Just that we're still getting it is good news, but I wonder why, if so, it was delayed from the January wave.
  4. Now that pictures of the January wave are going up on the lego.com site, have we basically lost hope of there being any more sets we haven't seen but were originally rumoured, apart from UCS?
  5. There isn't a red b-wing lego set, just a TFA rebels transport which looks similar to a b- wing. There's been no sign of a red b-wing like the rebels version. I'm really looking forward to the a-wing though, although there's so much of my hype riding on whether it contains Ahsoka or not...
  6. The Inquisitors are dark side users, not sith. You can follow the ways of the Dark Side and still not be a sith, which requires further training and power. I'd like to see them too, but judging by legos treatment of Rebels it's unlikely we'll get both as minifigures.
  7. I really like the FO Officer in the battlepack, I don't think we've seen his helmet before. The new jet pack peices in the battlefront sets look cool as well. Unfortunately, I kinda feel the red stormtrooper doesn't work, so combined with the battle-damaged Stormies and the sets a miss for me.
  8. For me, the reason I prefer the Battle on Takodana set to Kylo Rens shuttle is that the shuttle is not very accurate to the final design in the film, the colours are a bit dull and the wings are pretty clunky. However, I have to say I was tempted when I saw the offers similar to what you mentioned on Black Friday, but decided to go for the X-Wing instead. To be fair, I have to admit that excluding the minifigures, battle on Takodana is slightly overwhelming, and kinda reminds me of the Duel on Geonosis set, especially with the minifigure selection and almost background-styled build.
  9. Judging by all the falling functions Christopher Lee mentioned it'll probably look a lot more ruined afterwards. I really hope they don't half-megablocks this new electrostaff.
  10. This After the awesomeness that was the exclusive Revan minifigure, I'm desperate for more EU minifigures, especially sith. Really hope lego begins to grow a bit more inventive with the figures next year, moving on from trooper reprints or rehashes.
  11. We don't know lego is making a Rebels B-Wing yet, you might be thinking of the Resistance Transport from The Force Awakens which has been compared to a B-Wing
  12. On closer inspection the character does look like some sort of bizarre Simpsons/star wars hybrid, especially with the weird head mold. However, I don't want to participate in another debate over the increasingly detailed minifigures, so I'll just leave this by saying Im interested in what else this set is going to contain, in both build and minifigures.
  13. Looks like I'll definitely get the takodana set. Finn, Kylo and Maz is too good an opportunity to pass up. Hopefully a set with some of her henchmen will hopefully be released some time. I hope kylo has yellow eyes or some sort of sith features. The bricks we saw in that promo with BB8 looked useful too.
  14. I know, the minifigures are still useful but the army building potential is terrible. I was expecting maybe some flanetroopers/snowtroopers but a FO officer! It also looks like the First Order Crew are quickly becoming everyone's least favourite minifigure released for TFA yet. I'm glad you like the carbonate chamber, although it's quite well designed I'd probably just buy it for the Ugnaught
  15. Yeah, good point. In the leadup to the film lego will probably tighten security, so leaks for the tfa sets are a bit more unlikely. The sets are scheduled to be released after the film comes out too, so it's more the sets may contain spoilers. To be honest I probably won't even be able to notice the wait, what with the release of TFA and buying the remaining 2015 sets for Christmas
  16. Judging by their release date you may want to put that in the 2016 sw thread ;)
  17. Really looking forward to the TFA set with Finn and Kylo Ren. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for pics...
  18. IM really surprised how well they designed the droid Escape set, the escape shuttle looks amazing. Add in the new-ish C3PO and R2-D2 variants and TWO JAWAS And I'm definitely tempted.
  19. Thanks CM4Sci! Looks amazing! Seems like I'll be getting all the battlepacks except the battlefront one, as none of the figures really interest me. Can't wait to see the A Wing and tfa sets!
  20. If they all look like toy story figures...I might not bother. I can understand it in some cases, such as if they made Pooh or Dumbo, but for human minifigures? Still cautiously optimistic though.
  21. Right, thanks. I'm even more excited now! (if that's possible)
  22. I'm sorry, I posted it here because I thought it was the first time flanetroopers from the fo Transporter set in film footage. Obviously I was mistaken and will refrain from doing so in future. On another note, does anyone know if there's a danger of January sets being discontinued in the next couple of months? I heard that the Inquisitors tie in particular might start becoming less widely available, is that possible when it's been on the line for less than a year?
  23. Sorry if this has been asked already, but does anyone know if the minifigures will be flesh coloured or yellow? Either way, I'm excited for whatever turns up. Hopefully this sets a precedent for more licensed minifigure themes too
  24. A new Star Wars trailer was just released with more of BB8 and the Flametroopers in action! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdAUiyeJMFQ
