  1. Thanks, glad you like it Thanks! Too kind Andy, being a fan of both movies you are obviously a gentleman of refined tastes
  2. Very slick.
  3. Hi all, Here is a little moc inspired by the Washington Monument scenes from "Mars Attacks" and "Earth Vs the Flying Saucers". Hope ya like it
  4. Ah yes! To me this really stands out as something different I've seen all of these on Flickr and I really love the whole thing, every piece. So creative, the attention to detail is fantastic. Each mini-fig has been crafted into interesting characters in their own right, as have the buildings. You guys have demonstrated great building skills on the period architecture while mixing it with a sci-fi greebles. I also love how you managed to build an 1800's theme without going mad with the steam-punk browns, greys and golds colour scheme that is usually used. Very impressive!
  5. This is cool. Very believable as Lego sets. I especially like the car's action features. The whole thing is so very well presented.
  6. Thanks greg, I think I might use that mini-fig again.
  7. Thanks I thought I better use those neon green tubes saying his head was so green already ;)
  8. I seen this on Flickr, I love the way you suggested the face. Inspired stuff.
  9. Cute? Don't you mean terrifying beyond belief? Thanks, I will be sure to do more. More of my sci-fi builds have a retro feel to them. Thanks Buddy Indeed, that's one of the tricks of the trade
  10. Hi all :) First came the flying saucers! Now behold their foul other-worldly pilots! The dreaded Saucer Men from Planet X! Filmed in Invader-scope.
  11. Love all those arcs and circles, so untypical of a Lego build. Great work
  12. Cool! That must of taken a long time to design and build, well done.
  13. Yes I was thinking about those robots from Sky Captain when I built it I'm glad you guys like it Thanks a lot!
  14. SEE, a mechanical menace terrorise the citizens of the moon! SEE, a buzzing wall of death banned in 20 countries! SEE, the crazy mixed up world of 1981! SEE Gigantor Attacks! Presented in Gigant-A-Vision
  15. Yes I was going to use him but his colour scheme was wrong, it's hard to get bricks in sand green. He's the only minifig I got from that series so I definitely plan to use him for something. I might even buy a few more, he has a cool old fashioned ray gun that I love.
  16. I guess you look at the world from a different perspective. I love it.
  17. Glad you like it I know that 30's design and sci-fi is a little obscure but I'm a fan too. Yes I really like that minifigure head
  18. Hi all, Here's a dieselpunk ship I built inspired by old train and sci-fi rocket ship designs from the 30-40's. Hope ya like it :)
  19. Weird and wonderful with a lovely choice of colour scheme. Another hit.
  20. All those alternating curves! This design still boggles the mind regarding it's construction. Brilliant.
  21. Nice mix of parts and angles. I like it :)
  22. Hey thanks guys, seems like everyone loves the chin ;)
  23. Nice. I really like the way the car is constructed. Looks solid.
  24. Cool cart I never thought of zombie fighters from the past, if you have some zombie mini figs you should add them to the moc.
