Hi, thank you so much for your review and I'm so sorry about my late response. The project is a kind of mix of some of my biggest passions: Lego, football, the classic English stadiums and Newell's Old Boys, my team. I've been a couple of times in Craven Cottage, and I consider it (as many people do) the most beautiful stadium in England. The facade of TFC is not a direct replica but it is mostly inspired by CC. The idea was to create a well built stand in Lego, with that classic style of many medium sized English stadiums. Why? Because I always wanted to have a stand like this and Lego never offered something decent for us, the footy fans. About the English teams, I have to say that I'm fan of LCFC, the foxes! My sister lives there and I visit Leicester quite often, and I've made another project inspired in that city, you could have a look here: I like your idea of the opposite stand with OBU! The project doesn't seem to be a big boom in Lego Idea, perhaps there's not a big audience for it, but I just needed to do it! Thank you again! Thank you so much for your comment and support!

Welcome to Studbrick Park, home of Old Bricks United Football Club and also known as ‘The Home of Football’. This project focuses on the whole experience of a football club, from the actual football pitch to the changing rooms, the ticket office, the shop, the queues for stadium access and the stand. There is also a soda stand and a statue of a legendary player: Bobby Squarefoot. The stand and its back façade are inspired by many English football stadiums built in the first decades of the 20th century, such as Villa Park in Birmingham or Craven Cottage in London. This style of construction has also been used to build many of the classic stadiums found around the world. The club names, logos and shirt designs are fictional. I hope you like it, and if so you can support it on Lego Ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/content/project/link/9ee4e1c7-7262-4175-9776-24372d3ff33b Cheers. Outstanding! That is technique and good taste.

Thank you @Svendp for your compliment and support.

Thank you! Well, I like the official modular buildings, specially their facades, but I don't like so much the way to access to the interiors, always from top. I find this fact a bit unnatural, as it is not our common point of view... Thank you @peedeejay, I'm glad you like it. I love many of you modular creations too... About the layout, I'm with you, perhaps it wouldn't be easy to include it with other modulars but not impossible... I will try to make a digital view of that.

Thank you si much @carebear! I love your work, I remember your Museum, I follow your creations since that time...

Thank you so much! Thank you! @DodgeDude5498 I've started with the idea of a modular but after taking many other decisions I've decided not to build it as a modular. Anyway I think it could be putted side by side with some of the official modulars. I know that the street suddenly becomes wider with Brick Walk, but perhaps it could match anyway... I'll try to make some digital images of that. Thank you for your support! Thank you! I've started it after Boulevard des Lumières (my previous big MOC) in mid-february and finished it three days ago. More than the 50% of the time just thinking in the details... Thank you so much for your words and support. As I previously said, this project has a personal connection. I love go walking through New Walk every time I go to Leicester, I feel that city as mine in some point, so perhaps the scene of this project is a snapshot that I always have in my mind... Thank you @Merlict for your comment. I think that I try to put the same effort in the interior than in the exterior of the building. Many times one side compromises the other side. I often see very nice facade buildings projects that finally disappoint me when I see their interior. I've made many changes to the exterior since I started it, and knowing when to stop with that changes it's very hard point. As with any kind of creation in some point you have to consider it finished, because you reach the goal you were looking for... Right or wrong, I think I arrive to that point. Again, I really appreciate your comments. When you share something you are also making a survey of opinions, so all the points of view are important. Thank you! Thank you so much!

Great work! I love the greenhouse and the courtyard.

Oh! Thank you so much @jus1973. Although I live in Spain, I travel a lot to Leicester as my sister lives there, so I have also a personal connection with New Walk... Thank you for your support and your words.

Thank you @neonic! I was doubting a lot about the first photo's background, so I really appreciate your comment!

Welcome to Brick Walk, an ancient promenade with a Georgian-style building fully furnished. A big tree adds the nature feeling characteristic of this pedestrian walk. Inside the house you can enjoy a cup of tea with friends or have an elegant dinner in a stylish living room with high ceilings and an old chimney. In the upper floor, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete the old mansion. The Brick Walk scene is inspired by Leicester’s New Walk site in the UK, a Georgian pedestrian promenade that is more than 200 years old. It is also a tribute to all the ancient walks that are still part of many English cities. These are places where you can enjoy the pleasure of walking and sharing moments with family and friends, often surrounded with trees and beautiful terraced houses. The building by the pedestrian walk does not refer to any actual building, but includes details and references to many different Georgian buildings common in many English cities. Thank you! Thank you! It wasn't easy to keep the structure robust enough while building both interior and exterior walls, specially in the corners and in the roof. Oh, thank you! I was stuck for some weeks between 'done' and 'almost done' because of the details...

Thank you so much! The stairway, the hinge and the front corners were the most challenging parts of the build! Oh... Thank you! LEGO Trains 12 Volts! that was an epic era! I was so in love in that time with the 7745 train set...

That trees balance so well the whole scene. I miss some photo from the top to see the top stage interior, but it is a small detail. Great work!

Thanks a lot Trekkie99! Thanks t-brick! Those words encourages me a lot to keep building! Well, I'm so glad to hear that, I've tried to put the same effort in the interior and exterior construction. Thank you! Well, I think it is much more time than money... but I prefer not to think in all that time I've spent as it is the only way to learn... Now I think that with all this experience behind me I feel more prepared to start my next projects. About the space, I just have a small room in my apartment for Lego. Nothing to envy at all! Thanks you for your words!

Thank you for yor words koalayummies! It’s been a complex experience, I’ve spent an incredible amount of time and money searching and buying the pieces that I needed. It became an obsession for me... Now, I'm happy with the result and also so glad to move on and start to think in other projects... 'Interior diversity', yes! that was one of my challenges. It's a big building and I knew that I had to try not to be so repetitive. About another modular, well I think the next one won't be as big as this one. I need a some days to think about it... Thank you so much for your words! It really helps a lot! The hinge was a big challenge indeed. As you may know, you have to keep the structure robust enough... Also, building the prototype of the facades compromised the interior of the building, so I had to constantly go back and rebuild some parts to combine the interior and exterior construction.

I'm glad to introduce Boulevard des Lumières, my very first big 'Moc'! I started this project in march 2015 and abandoned it a few months later due to professional and family reasons. Then I restarted it again last September and finished it now in January 2020. The idea was to create a building inspired in the Haussmann style present in most of central Paris, without any piece count limit that would keep the modular compatibility and the minifig scale. So this is not a direct replica of any particular one. The street name is also fictional, there is no 'Boulevard des Lumières' in Paris, but its spirit is highly Parisian. Also, I'm adding some extra info and videos in the next days in my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lepralego/. Any suggestions, questions or comments are welcome. Cheers!
