2022 to be exact. It was renewed in 2012 so the contract lasts 10 years. Obviously this was signed at a time when the Sequel Trilogy was in very early stages of production and the original plan was to release a film every 3 years. If that were the case, Episode 9 would have come out the same year as the expiration of the contract.

Just ordered one of the last in-stock Inquisitor's TIE Advanced from Amazon. I'm really looking forward to getting the Grand Inquisitor minifig!

I wouldn't count on seeing any Rogue One sets after the initial wave other than maybe a few promotional items and figs. That's pretty much what they've done for the stand-alone Marvel films and I wouldn't expect it to be much different for Star Wars.

Now that I've recovered from crying over this travesty.... Did anyone notice the new marketing on the bag to signify it as a May 4th exclusive? It's similar to the label they started adding to the UCS sets. IMO this is a pretty weak fig to implement the label on.

And I'm still waiting for more Padme figures! That Flash speeder would have been a great set to get her in that purple outfit she had at the end of Episode 1. Just my two cents, but I think the CG Tarkin is totally going to happen, and I would love it if it did.

The fact that we have yet to hear any credible rumors or pics for the May 4th promotional minifig makes me think we may be getting a character that Lego has only had access to pictures of in the last few months.... TFA Luke Skywalker. Maybe not, but I find it very odd why nothing has been leaked yet for this year's fig. Normally we would have heard or seen something by now.

I'm actually quite relieved to have official information that the Freemaker show is indeed NOT based on any of the characters from the Aftermath books. But I do feel like the show is really needless since we have a current TV show as well as one move each year for the next five years. It made sense when we didn't have any new movies coming out, but now it is, IMO, needless. But hopefully they can eventually give us a Zuckuss and 4-LOM with this line since they have included Dengar in it so far. I wonder why they didn't have any of the official minifigs on display rather than the white placeholders?

Does anyone know if the stands used for the Starfighters at NYTF are available to buy anywhere? If so I would love to get some for my own collection.

One more thought: I think that kid from the Freemaker set could be Kitster. LoL just kidding. Do you guys think that Sith chick in the Eclipse fighter could be an Inquisitor? Or maybe a bounty hunter who found one of Ventress' lightsabers?

If I can get my hands on that girl from the larger Freemaker set I will have to replace Sabine's head with her head. It would be a much more accurate skin tone to Sabine, the same as Kanan's Dengar is awesome! I wonder who that Sith chick is? Tarkin has that awful brown suit which doesn't make sense. The A-Wing pilot is apparently one of the ones who got shot down at Concord Dawn. I for one really love the Luggabeast. Can't wait to get that set. X-Wing is a must buy for me. Awesome to see non Clone Wars Luminara and Quinlin figs! AT-TE loots really awesome and I would love to add it to my collection along side my CW version. Just some of my initial thoughts of the new sets.

I think it's more that they have to try to make an approximation in terms of thing like skin tone and I guess they feel like light flesh would be the closest. While I personally think the skin tone they used for Kanan would work better for Sabine, the Clones, and any future Jango and Boba figs, Lego obviously feels differently.

Starfire has the skin color I wish they would use for Sabine and the Clones. In Star Wars, Kanan and Quinlan Voss have that skin tone. But honestly, there are really not any named black women in the Star Wars films, but I know there are a few in the Clone Wars show and that bounty hunter from season 2 of Rebels.

I'm 50 50 on this wave. All of the TFA sets and the At-TE look great, but the rest really don't appeal to me. I also wish they would have given Sabine and the Clones a little darker skin tone like they did for Kanan. The TFA sets are dafo buys for me though.

I did the same by buying 2 3POs to open and one to keep in the bag as a collectible. I like this general minifig as long as it's not the May 4th fig. I'd love to get at least 3 of them to populate my FO collection but maybe change out the heads on two of them so they don't look the same (this is the Clone era after all ).
