  1. Incorrect Ahsoka shuttle colour and woefully small, wrong Huyang colour, incorrect Jacen hairpiece, wrong lightsaber colours, double pack that makes no sense (admittedly still a good set but Baylan’s shuttle would have been better). But, I repeat, my perfectionism at play here.
  2. Can’t get excited for new shows and films in relation to Lego. Maybe I have unhealthy and unhelpful perfectionism but I find the Ahsoka sets to be really lacking because of hiding spoilers etc.
  3. Here’s my wishlist and predictions for the remaining TPM sets for 2024. Obviously, they account for what we know is coming out in the first half. Second, this post assumes there will be more sets in 2024 because it’s not a given. Finally, there might be overlap between what I want and what I predict. Wishlist: Otoh Gunga (plasma bubble, walkway, Gungan council) 39.99: Boss Nass, Jar Jar Binks, Captain Tarpals, Qui-Gon-Jinn (breathing apparatus), Obi-Wan Kenobi (breathing apparatus Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator (new, modern smaller scale aligned with the Slave One, X-Wing etc) £59.99: Darth Maul, Qui-Gon-Jinn, Watto, Padme Naboo Starfighter vs Vulture Droid £64.99: Naboo Pilot, R2-C4, Anakin Skywalker, R2-D2, Naboo Engineer, Security Battle Droid (x2) Naboo Royal Starship £139.99: Ric Olie, Captain Paneka, Queen Amidala, Obi-Wan Kenobi, R2-D2, R2-R9, Qui-Gon-Jinn, Darth Maul GWP Lucrehulk-class Droid Control Ship (similar to Death Star GWP 2023) - Nute Gunray Predictions: Naboo Starfighter (new modern smaller scale as per above) £44.99 Anakin Skywalker, R2-D2, Theed Padme Amidala, Security Battle Droid (x2) Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator (new, modern scale aligned with the Slave One, X-Wing etc) £59.99: Darth Maul, Qui-Gon-Jinn GWP Mid-scale MTT (alike Death Star GWP 2023) - Nute Gunray
  4. Yes, I think we have to have system scale. Would make this celebration really great. Definitely excited to pick them up all at once and feast on everything TPM from the movie to documentaries etc. Fingers crossed it feels representative! I actually don’t know regarding Maul. I assume and assumed it was a figure. Lot of people are having Sith Infiltrators in the background of their videos so could be hinting at that set…?
  5. Happy that the brickheadz multi-pack is TPM. Hopefully there’s some great choices. Maul, Qui-Gon, Jar Jar makes the most sense, so I’ll PREDICT those. The fourth is a bit trickier. Would love it to be Queen Amidala! Droideka, Boonta Eve Podrace Diorama, Brickheadz pack, and polybag AAT is a decent start. I am really hoping for 2/3 more larger sets. I’ll save my thoughts for the future set ideas.
  6. Childish Landino Chronicles has posted a 25th Lego Star Wars anniversary logo Leaks (not TPM). Has a teal glow and shows an R2 silhouette. Looks like the special box art maybe…I like it! Bring it on.
  7. I miss this too. But they are a thing of the past, a time when Star Wars content was very limited and when the Prequels were to be released in 3D. However, I am very intrigued to see how comprehensive Lego celebrates TPM this year (crikey, it’s 2024) because it will give an even better indicates for AOTC and ROTS. Last year with TCW was fairly good in terms of representation. I’d expect 2 TPM sets for the second half of 2024. You should definitely do it for the others, your ideas are solid.
  8. 40675 Commander Cody Brickheadz. from reliable insta sources, including falcon.
  9. We will never get it, sadly. RIP.
  10. Lifebricks recently did an insta post expressing his love for the Scimitar. At the time I thought it was odd, and thought it might be something more than that. Whilst he can be full of nonsense, he does have info drip fed to him. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was a summer set.
  11. Fair. Didn’t the TCW anniversary get more sets though than what’s rumoured for TPM anniversary in 2024? (Trying to bait into any news of further TPM sets for summer 2024, whoops…)
  12. Lego will always favour Clone Wars over TPM, though. Not sure a brown vehicle is exciting plus a blue colour scheme continues the continuity they’ve just established. Honestly! It’s so uninspiring. But it’s unfortunately a consequence of more 18+ sets which I was originally all for… I don’t even get who the target audience is for the Gunship. It’s just bland.
  13. Although the topic is veering slightly to the off, my point regarding the MTT was less about an MTT being re-released in 2024, but for whenever LEGO decide to release one which I think is soon. A lot of the discussion seemed to assume if an MTT was to be released it HAS to be next year for TPM wave. I don’t think this is the case. Yes, but Lego is seemingly moving towards the blue colour scheme for their droid sets. If your point was entirely correct in this context, we’d have never seen a blue STAP released in the battle pack just. Nobody is saying Lego should release a blue MTT for the 25th anniversary of TPM. Sadly we live in a time where Lego is obsessed with downscaled, less complete sets. I’d have zero faith in them producing sets of this calibre you mention at a similar price point. The Coruscant Guard Gunship was the final nail in the coffin for my hope.
  14. Lego right now tends to re-release sets with a twist. The AT-TE was Utapau-based whilst the Gunship was a variant we’ve never had before. I really think we are more likely to see a blue MTT based on TCW, instead.
  15. Are these figures from a red resistance bomber? That’s my only worry is we never actually see who is on that variant, which for my list I did a few months back put me off. Again all those quotes for the sequels are what I love! Great job! did you use my list in any way to determine what you liked and disliked etc?
  16. @Mandalorianknight My apologies, life has been chaotic and I was meant to reply in this thread a few days back. Quoted are all the sets I love!
  17. Boss, it’s very clear to be TPM. My guy
  18. Just seen the AAT polybag has been leaked…and along with that is a gorgeous looking TPM 25th anniversary logo. God I hope it means a Naboo Royal Starship, it would be the perfect set to accompany the buildable droideka and the podrace diorama sets we already know about.
  19. In complete agreement regarding the lack of accessories. Really poor choice. Would have loved to accessorise my clones without having to buy another set to do so. Given the really good value of the set, it’s as if they didn’t want to give it any more value otherwise it would have been too good for the customer!
  20. Sounds like our missing anniversary minifigure. Mon Mothma. Completely agree. I’d have liked more to be honest. Needed the red dot and the arm as you say.
  21. Literally! I can’t believe how many people have not noticed this! Overall, the battle pack is great. Not perfect, but really good. The Octuptarra droid is really great. Would have loved a CIS sticker/print on the STAP. The Republic vehicles are lacklustre, but they do pay homage to 2007 and I’m sure someone will create a really great vehicle with the parts. The riot shields are neat. Really am surprised we don’t get accessories! Now, I’ll wait for the price. (£) 9/10 so far.
  22. Buzzing for the super battle pack. It’s the sort of set to spark something, and I’m sure it will for many people. So many Clones for army building, for brickfilms, and it really could be the start of more CIS stuff we need. Praying it doesn’t disappoint.
